It literally wasn't that bad
#I had to call someone to ask their Ukrainian music group to be in a short film for my masters course#and I felt a bit bashful because ultimately I'm doing it for a grade#even though the aim is also to give them something good for their own promo purposes at the end so we can make it worth their while!#at least one member of the trio fled the war directly and the whole purpose of the group is to keep raising awareness for Ukraine's fight#anyway I emailed them to reach out and the lead singer asked for a phone call 'to discuss the details of the project'#and even though I'd made it clear we were students doing an assignment I felt a sort of sinking feeling that I'd misrepresented ourselves#as more serious than we are#anyway she was very nice#and I think we will be able to hand over something useful to them in the end#November 23#sifleáil
