I've been wanting to do this with my HL mc Octavia Grace since I love thinking about her lore so I thought I'd go ahead and do it!
Octavia's voice is low and raspy. She doesn't really talk much unless she's around those she's comfortable with like poppy, natty, ominis etc. And hailing from London she has a British accent.
Her face is often neutral so when she smiles it takes most by surprise, but her smile is warm and kind despite how she usually appears with a cold outer shell
Her greatest achievement in her opinion is breaking away from her family and forging a path of her own away from the Grace family line.
She is often insecure about her scars and eyebags. The white parts of her hair have also been the target of ridicule once she tried to dye those parts black again, but eventually she came to terms with it and no longer tries to change it.
She can have a hard time paying attention. She also struggles with insomnia which does not help with her attention issues as she is too tired to really concentrate.
She has trouble expressing her emotions to others, but when dealing with grief she will hide away from the world and deal with it on her own. After figs death it was rare anyone caught a sight of her..
She likes to wear more masculine attire such as slacks and a dress shirt. She was born into wealth and high class so she has a higher class fashion. On a trip to hogsmead you will often find her in a pair of slacks and a dress shirt accompanied by an overcoat and boots.
She loves sweets. She'd jump at the chance for a chocolate frog or a nice blueberry scone.
I like to think she has a dark theme like a raven if that makes sense.
She has a pretty good fashion sense, but she is still getting used to being able to pick her own clothing due to the fact what she wore was mostly picked out for her growing up.
She doesn't speak with her family. The Grace family comes from a long line of purebloods. Her father wanted her to be perfect while her mother simply didn't interact with her much. Her older brother tormented her growing up as he was the favored child among the two. Ominis and Octavia really bond over their cruel families as Octavia also had crucio used against her by her father.
Getting Octavia to open up wasn't an easy task, but Poppy really did never give up. Octavia expresses her love more through her actions and she really tries her best to be an attentive and loving partner.
Octavia had a massive crush on a maid who worked for her family when she was around ten years old, and rather than face the maid she would hide anywhere she could once she saw the maid approaching. Once the maid found her behind the curtains as she was dusting some vases. it was really embarrassing to recall once she shared the story with Poppy.
She doesn't have much of a reaction she will simply close her eyes and remind herself to blow on the food next time.
Brainfreeze causes her to message her head and curse herself for not remembering to slow down when eating or drinking something cold.
Octavia wants to be an auror once she graduates in terms of a job, but after she met Poppy she started dreaming about her life with Poppy where they'll live, if they'll stay together forever, kids, and what the future holds for their relationship.
She has always had ambition for knowledge. When she was little she wanted to know everything about anything, and now she channels this desire into her schooling at hogwarts.
Octavia suffers from insomnia but when she is able to get some sleep she tends to sleep on her stomach hugging a pillow to her chest.
She would be absolutely devastated as she already struggles with trusting people and opening up to them. If someone close to her were to betray her it would crush her deeply..
She would absolutely not know what to do next. She would ask for advice from her friends and housemates such as Imelda and Natty. A love letter from a mystery writer would definitely be on her mind as she'd rack her brain for an answer to who wrote the letter.
Octavia has a very high pain tolorance minor pain won't get much of a reaction out of her, but something like the crucio curse would cause her to cry out in pain. After Sebastian casted the curse on her she would remain very quiet and distant after the pain wore off as she is forced to relive some harsh memories.
She will stare off in a daze as she tries to stay awake, but she will Ultimately fail and fall asleep at her seat.
At first she would refuse help as she does not want to be a burden to anyone, but because of Poppy's insistence she would let her friends treat her. She would definitely insist on working instead of resting, but at the end of the day she would rest and relax.
She is motivated by the want to keep those she cares about safe. Fig was a large motivator throughout her journey and so were her friends. She wants to make things right.
I enjoy her because she's really interesting to think about for me. I just love thinking about her lore.

Hey so I think you heard about camila Shawn break up after being together for 2 years.
In west getting into a relationship and breaking up fastly is not a big deal among celebrities. In my country also it's similar. In kpop also, none of the idol - idol couple have dated more than 1 year. Maximum is 2 years and they will breakup and find another gf or br. The only idol - idol couple , officialy known to us, who are dating for more than 6 years are hyuna and dawn.
So how is it possible for jikook to have this long term relationship. They , if our observations are correct , are together for atleast 5 years. Isn't it a strech to think so. Two attractive men like them being in the same relationship for this long. And they seem like they are happy togther.
They both are surrounded by attractive men and women full time, which includes celebrities, idols, staff and fans. Won't they consider breaking up as other idols after 1-2 yrs of being together and dating other people.
Awww anon that's one heck of a thought process you have, there. It's almost like you think people can't be famous and also be in long term relationships. Or that gay people don't have the same ability to love long term as straight people do. Or that attractive people are less likely to stay together. None of those ideas is a great look for you, anon, but I'm going to consider that you are possibly very young so 5-6 years feels really long to you. I'm also willing to cut you a little slack because we can't do better until we know better and you obviously don't know better. So here I am to educate you. You can call me Auntie now. For the purposes of this lesson we will look at a few gay male celebrity couples who have been together for at least 7-8 years, okay? This is Olympic diver Tom Daley and his husband, screenwriter/director/producer Dustin Lance Black. They've been together since 2013 publicly and have been married since 2015. They have one son. They were still playing grabby hands last week (pic from instagram).
Here are Neil Patrick Harris and his husband David Birtka. They've been married since 2014 and have two children.
Oh hey there Sir Elton John and David Furnish! These icons have been together for 28 years and got married legally in 2014. They have twin sons and they hang out with the Harris-Birtkas a fair bit. Vacation on the yacht with our gay dads = best upbringing ever in my opinion.
Jesse Tyler Ferguson and his husband, actor Justin Mikita, married since 2013. They have one child.
Cheyenne Jackson and Jason Landau, also married since 2014 (being legal is important to a lot of gay committed couples and having to wait for that is a super bitch btw). They have two children.
And here is this other gorgeous gay couple who might or might not have already tied the knot in, say, Laguna Beach, California. Whether they're actually married has never been confirmed, but they're clearly in love. They haven't been together as long as the couples above, but hey - they're still young and I have faith in them.
I could go on but I think you get the idea. Sheez kids come on now.
#i don't think they got married fwiw#but really they're in california maybe someone should offer to officiate#normalize gay monogamy it is real#queer people are not always out here slutting around ffs#even pretty people like to live happily ever after#5 years is not a long term relationship kids#5 years is training wheels and not farting and sex mostly#ask again in ten years and two kids if they'll stay together and my answer will be the same#hell koo already is parenting a dog#together BAM#anon#ask#she tried y'all#know better so we can do better#education is important

“Soldat, stoy”.
(Soldier, stop).
Your eyes widened. Your heart raced. The time froze. That command clicked something in your brain, producing the spheres of flames concentrated on your palms to dwindle till disappearing. You had just one second to look around you, before turning at the firm tone of voice behind your back. You found yourself in the middle of Times Square, surrounded by different security forces, aiming at you with large-caliber weapons. Above your head, two helicopters were setting up a perimeter. The chaos spread around the long avenue. You didn't have an idea of how you ended up there, but you were scared like never before.
Turning slowly, your eyes landed on a pair of pale blue orbs. You didn’t notice the other people as a backup. A feeling of safety invaded you when he tilted his head confused, narrowing his eyes, trying to understand how it was possible that you were there. But before you could take a step closer to him, a twinge followed by an electric cramp shook your body. The last thing you heard before blacking out was an I got you, and a cold arm wrapping your abdomen.
BUCKY'S POV
Avengers Compound
06:03 pm, New York
“How do you know it’s not a trap set by Hydra?” Steve asked, reclining himself on his seat at the meeting table next to the rest of the Avengers.
“Because I trust her”. Bucky didn’t doubt replying, although he couldn’t understand why, hearing Stark clicking his tongue as he rolled his eyes.
“James, you don’t know her”. Natasha sighed, referring to the fact that being assassins together years ago meant nothing.
“I trained her. She owes me loyalty”.
“What’s that? Some kind of Stockholm Syndrome patented by Hydra?” Clint scoffed incredulously.
“Tell us what you know about her, Bucky. What you remember”. The captain asked his long-life friend, leaning on the table with both forearms rested against the edge of it.
The soldier gulped, deeply breathing, nodding his chin with his eyes lost somewhere on the dark oak. He explained how Vasily Karpov knew about you. An orphan with no family, no history, and a power of telepathy that allowed you to control the four elements as you pleased. Water, fire, earth, and air. From nowhere, your body could produce flames and throw them anywhere. Exactly the same you could do with water and air. Earth was different. Only by using your hands you could wild it as you want; creating earthquakes or holes, move it. The heroes around Bucky were stupefied. You were a potential danger.
Then, he told them about your skills. Karpov made him stay awake after killing Tony’s parents to train her. You were just a kid. And soon, you were a soldier with an angelic face who could kill anyone just by blinking your eyes. To tell the truth, the Winter Soldier was everything you had in this life. You two worked together, hand-to-hand, for more than ten years until he disappeared. With him out of the game, Hydra continued experimenting with you to replace him. But they reached a point where you couldn't bear the pain, losing control completely.
“Let me talk with her, please”. Bucky begged, touring his eyes around the people there.
“It’s too dangerous”. Vision affirmed, taking a position close to Tony.
“She. Owes. Me. Loyalty”. He repeated almost hissing, pointing out every word with his silver forefinger poking the table.
“You have five minutes before the Government brings her to the Raft”. Rhodes sentenced, crossing his arms on his chest. “Five minutes”.
Escorted by Steve and Wanda, who was the only one there that could control you, Bucky went down to the third sublevel. When the soporific made its effect and knocked you out in the middle of Manhattan, the Avengers managed to take you to their compound.
You were still stoned, but conscious enough to know what was happening around you. Everything spun inside the bunker. Your head hurt like hell and you felt a knot within the pit of your stomach that made you want to puke your guts. As the heavy door proffered a loud noise being opened you retreated to the farthest corner, placing your knees to your chest and wrapping your legs with both arms. Again, you were shaking. Terrified. About to beg for your life.
“Soldat, otchet o missii”.
(Soldier, mission report).
Your breathing became erratic as if the air wasn't enough to fill your lungs. You were at the edge of your crying, raising your hidden face from the gap of your knees. The Winter Soldier was standing some feet away from you. No expression on his face, as always, but with the small difference of a slight inkling of concern. He also looked skinnier, shorter hair, a grown beard. He looked healthier, free.
“Net zadaniya”. You whispered with a broken tone.
(No assignment).
“Soldat, otchet o missii”. He repeated taking a step ahead, hardening his voice.
(Soldier, mission report).
The command made you gulp a sob. Wasn’t he believing you? How could you lie to him?
“Net zadaniya”. You replied with no hesitation, standing on your bare feet and sticking your back to the wall. “Missiya ne naznachena”.
(No assignment. No mission assigned).
You noticed he wanted to turn to his partners, but he didn't. The soldier kept eye contact, coming a little more closer, invading your personal space without caring. He tilted his head forward, trying to find the answers to his questions in your orbs. But they both were emptied with the sole exception of the horror invading your chest and reflected on them. You didn't want to come back. You wanted to be released from Hydra's chain. You weren't an assassin, nor a monster.
“I wa… I was looking for… you”. Babbling, you confessed, being the explanation for why your mind took you to that place in concrete.
“Why?”
“Because you are the only person I have”.
His eyelids narrowed for a second, scanning your intentions, feeling frustrated by not finding anything hidden beneath your words. “Otchet o missii, soldat”.
(Mission report, soldier).
“Net zadaniya, Sergeant Barnes”.
(No assignment).
It was the first time you pronounced part of his real name since you met him many years ago and you could listen to his heartbeat increasing. Before you blinked, his metallic hand grabbed your throat and pinned you against the wall, watching the fury and the rage taking control over his grimace. Glancing above his shoulder, a redhead woman stopped the blonde man known as Captain America. Your gaze focused again on the soldier, loosening slowly the grip on your skin.
“Why don't you remember me?”
The last thing you knew about him was that the man behind him brought back the memories of his past life. His real life. But he was still looking at you with hate and revulsion. Of course, the Winter Soldier was conscious of who you were. What he had forgotten was how he felt about you. He didn't reply to your question, walking backward to the exit, leaving you there. Alone. Again.
feedback is appreciated, please, leave a comment to let me know if you liked it and/or reblog it.

Unmiss You I Iwaizumi H.
A/N: So, I basically don’t know how it turned out like this... Not proud of this one though, kind of am? It’s honestly confusing. But hey, hope you like it!
Two A.M. At least that was the time that was shown on his phone. He couldn't remember how long since then. Or how it happened. He just knew that he fucked up.
The device rang in his hand, answering quickly, not bothering to check the caller I.D., hoping that it was you, "yeah?"
"Aww, Iwa-chan! That was quick! Did you miss me that much?" He scoffed, throwing the phone on his bed, the call on speaker as he laid back down, his arm draped over his eyes.
"What do you want, Oikawa?" He asked without the usual insult to the setter's name.
"Are you… still thinking about her?" The caller said, careful in his words, "Besides, it's what? Almost three? You're usually not up this early."
"Why do you care?" He huffed as he thought about it. He never did stay up late or woke up early unless it was to give Oikawa the support he needed. But this time it was different, he knew that, and that was because he was waiting for you.
"Geez, of course, I care! You're my best friend! And it's obvious that you're miserable without her." Oikawa could hear shuffling on the other end.
"What do I do then? She won't answer my calls o-or reply back to my messages." Iwaizumi held out a pillow, throwing it across the room in frustration, "Hell, I can't even get a glimpse of her without those crows stopping me!!"
"Maybe… She wants to move on?" It was silent for a few moments as he debated in his mind. Was she really?
"... I hope not. Because wouldn't it be unfair if… she gets to forget everything when all I want is to get her back?" He gripped onto his dark hair, tears threatening to spill, his firm look shattering to pieces, "She's all that I think about after that game. She's in my dreams, within my vision… I could even hear her at times but…"
"But what?" A heavy sigh left Iwaizumi's lips as he succumbed to his thoughts.
"You're right… Maybe, she doesn't want me back. I can't just rewind time to make it right. I can't go back to before I fell for her, to stop myself from meeting her and undo everything because I know that I'll just end up liking her. Loving her." It wasn't like him to act like this.
He was stubborn. He wouldn't stop at anything like a breakup. Instead, he'd do anything to get you back. But, with how he was right now, he doubts that he'd be able to. That's just what was running inside his head. Full of doubt and regret.
"It would have been easier that way…" Oikawa comments, giving out a sigh as well.
"Yeah, no shit. But like you said, maybe she wants to move on. And I just have to live with the fact that you can't easily unmiss a person you so badly miss." Iwaizumi let out a growl of annoyance, hearing noises from the other side of the screen, "Oi Kusokawa, are you still listening!?!"
"Get up. Out of bed. I'll pick you up in thirty minutes." He had to blink a couple of times, trying to register the words of his friend.
"What do you mean you'll pick me up!? Oi, don't come over or I'll kick your ass!"
"Just do it, will you Hajime?" Iwaizumi mumbles incoherent words to himself, debating whether or not he should. In the end, he gives in.
"Whatever."
Forcing himself out of his bed, he dressed with what he thought was okay looking. A long sleeve grey shirt and ripped jeans, not bothering to look good for something Oikawa had planned for him. It was useless, he thought. A distraction was useless. A knock came as he opened it, the setter eyed his friend from top to bottom.
"You look like shit." Oikawa said as he went in, hands in his pockets.
"Yeah, thanks sherlock." He rolled his eyes, closing the door.
"What's with the outfit? Come on, I'll get you something else." The setter darted towards his room, opening the closet for something the dark-haired male to wear.
"Why are you here, Oikawa? I'm assuming you aren't here just to take my mind off of her." Iwaizumi questioned, crossing his arms over his chest.
"Actually, I asked (y/n) if she could just hear you out. She'll be meeting us at the park." Oikawa admitted, already preparing for the worse.
"YOU DID WHAT!? YOU IDIOT! WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT!?" Hands wrapped around the collar of Oikawa's shirt, face dangerously close and seething with rage.
"Because you're both hurting! See for yourself!" He got out his phone, scrolling through the messages he and two of Karasuno's members had been exchanging, "Both Tobio-chan and that Small Fry has been sending me pictures of her during their practice and she's trying her best to cope, struggling just the same as you."
"Shut up Assikawa!! (y/n)... She doesn't want me back. If she did, we would have fixed our relationship by now." "I lost her because I messed up. And--" Oikawa threw a pair of jeans with an oversized dark blue denim jacket and a grey hoodie.
"Here. Wear this." It was also the same one he wore when they watched the game between Karasuno and Shiratorizawa, "That's what you wore on your first date, right?"
"I… yeah."
"Good. I'm sure she'd like it if you wore that instead. I'll give you ten minutes to freshen up." He left Iwaizumi to get ready, closing the door behind him, "Or at least, as much as you possibly can. Geez, I can't believe you're an emotional wreck!"
Was it okay? Was it okay to see you? Did you hate him? Or did you still care? Was there still a chance for the two of you to get back together? More questions than answers and honestly, he only wanted to know if you'd take him back again.
"Hey, are you really sure she'll be there?" He got out of his room, wearing the clothes Oikawa handed him.
"I'm sure but…" Looking at him up and down again, a smile on his lips. His usual cheerful and outwardly carefree expression was on his face, "Look at my Iwa-chan, all grown up and ready to get his girl back!"
"Shut up! This was your idea!"
"Huh? Does that mean you don't really plan on fixing all of this? Are you giving up?" Iwaizumi choked on nothing, that wasn't his intention. He wasn't giving up. He just didn't know how to.
"That's not…" He was struggling to get his words out.
"Just kidding, Iwa-chan~!" Oikawa received a hit behind the head, one of the usual violent punishments he would get from his best friend, "Gah! What'd you hit me for?!"
"Shut up!"
"Is your vocabulary only limited to that?"
"Shut up!"
The walk towards the meeting place was quiet. He was uneasy. What were you even expecting from him? A sorry? To beg for forgiveness? A hug perhaps? Because he'd be ready to give you anything and everything. Shit, he should have brought that scarf you made for him.
"Huh? She isn't here yet?" Oikawa looked around but you were nowhere to be found.
"I knew it. She hates me." The dark haired male crashed down on a nearby bench.
"Now, don't go all psychic on me Iwaizumi. I was only late." Standing up quickly as if he didn't drown in his sorrows sitting on that wooden seat.
"(y/n)!" The setter greeted, tackling you into a hug.
"Sorry Tooru, did I make you wait?" You asked, pulling away from his hold.
"Nope! We just got here. I had to make sure Iwa got all dressed up instead of coming here only in sweatpants. Or those nasty jeans I saw him wear when I got there." He shuddered when he felt Iwaizumi's glare hitting his back as he raised both of his hands, making his way to the sides, "Well, I'll be way over there before Iwa-chan hits me again!"
"So…" The both of you start, the male clearing his throat when you didn't open your mouth to speak.
"Uh, you go first." He gestured towards you as you shook your head.
"Tooru asked me to listen. Now, talk. I still have to help Kiyoko and Hitoka in handling the boys." Iwaizumi nodded, realizing what little time he had to explain.
"Right." He began, rubbing the back of his head, "Oikawa told me everything… that happened that day.
• • •
You have been meeting up with Oikawa for the past few days now. You planned on surprising him on your third anniversary and with his best friend's help, you knew he'd like it, especially if he and his team win against Shiratorizawa. Well, you want your team to win too, but can't choose which side you'd support so, you decided that whoever wins would avenge the other.
Aoba Johsai lost.
His team lost and you stood there at the balcony crying your tears out, both in frustration and happiness. The latter because of your team and the former for the loss. You excused yourself, looking for any of the third years in the team. And you happen to stumble upon Oikawa.
"Tooru!" You shouted, running towards the setter.
"(y/n)? Shouldn't you be with your team?" He asked, looking around for the crows. Or at least, his little rival other than Ushijima Wakatoshi.
"They'll understand why I left. But most importantly, how are the two of you? How's Hajime?" It was your turn to look for your boyfriend.
"I'm… not sure. Iwa-chan's probably with Mattsun and Makki. The others should be together." You nodded, grasping both of his hands in yours.
"I'm sorry for what happened, you were all really great! I promise we'll beat up Ushiwaka's ass for you two!" You declared, earning a chuckle from him.
"It's fine, (y/n)-chan." Oikawa ruffled your hair once you released his hands before remembering something, "Hey, why don't you give your present to him, I'm sure he'd like it especially when you've been at it for weeks. Isn't it your anniversary today? It'll help him a lot." You hugged the man in front of you, appreciating the help and support he has given you.
"I hope so. Ah well, thanks again for the help Tooru, I really appreciate it. I'm happy that Hajime has a friend like--" You were then cut off by a shout, your name echoing throughout the hall.
"(y/n)!!"
"Hajime! Great timing! I've got something--” You rushed towards him and was about to give him a hug when the look on his face made you stop.
“No. You don’t have to. I can see it perfectly clear.” Iwaizumi said as your brows furrowed.
“What do you mean?” You asked, glancing at the other two third-years behind him who only shrugged.
“What do I mean?! I should have known that you liked Oikawa from the start! We lost the game and the first person you went to find was him!? Unbelievable (y/n), unbelievable!” He bellowed, glaring at the two of you. His eyes were clouded with grief from losing and seeing you with his best friend triggered something he didn't want inside of him.
“W-what? That’s not true. Look, I just managed to bump into him and--” He cut you off again, his hands clenched tightly.
"Yeah okay, blame it on that!"
“Hey Iwaizumi, I think you should calm down a bit.” Hanamaki joined in, placing a hand on the shoulder of their vice-captain.
“Yeah, they were just talking. (y/n) was probably comforting him and asking for you.” Matsukawa added, getting ready to help his best friend if Iwaizumi ever decides to punch away his anger.
“Bullshit! I know what I saw! How do you explain those past few days huh?! I wanted to ask you out before the Interhigh and it so happened that I saw the two of you together. I ignored it because I trusted you!” He held back, not to get him and his team kicked out and bring shame to the school in his final year. Though it was painful, he knew he needed to get rid of it verbally, "If you wanted him then you should have said so from the start! I would have understood. So, I'm letting you go. That's what you want right? To be free from me?!"
"H-hey now, you don't mean that right? Why don't we take a seat a-and we'll talk this out, yeah?" You offered, walking towards him cautiously.
"Talk? You still want to talk?!! I'm done (y/n), okay!? Just leave me alone! I never want to see you ever again!" He lashes out, his emotions controlling every bit of his sanity.
“Idiot! You’re a total idiot!!” You screamed at him, closing your eyes in an attempt to stop the tears from falling. You don't want to let him see how weak he's making you, not in a situation like this.
“How did I become--!!”
“I asked Tooru to help me think up an idea for the gift I wanted to give you for our anniversary. He’s your best friend so I thought it was okay and that he’d be able to keep a secret. But surprise, surprise, you don’t like that kind of thing. You don’t need to be jealous of someone I don’t have feelings for! But hey, I guess you don’t trust me like you say you do!” Shuffling through your bag, you pushed an Aegean hued scarf with Olive colored horizontal lines near the fringe, “Here, take it. Burn it for all I care. We’re done.”
'Did she..? No wait, don't move. I'm sorry..' He thought, he couldn't voice the words out and even if he did, the damage was already done, 'Why can't I…? (y/n) please, let's talk…'
"Goodbye, Haji-- no, Iwaizumi-san…" Saying his last name added salt, tons of it, to the biggest wound ever inflicted on your heart. And on his too.
'I said don't go..! I can't reach you if you do. I can't feel myself, please don't go.' Again, the words wouldn't dare leave his mouth as he was also afraid that he'd say something wrong. He didn't dare blink, wanting to still see your figure within his vision, 'Let me see those hands again, I'll kiss it all better. Just don't leave me…'
"Oi, Oikawa!!" Suddenly he was on the floor with a bruised cheek and an angry setter in front of him, being held back by the other two they were with. He let out a breath he didn't know he was holding.
"I get it that you're like that towards me but (y/n) didn't do anything wrong! She asked me for what you wanted and this is the thanks she gets!?" His grip on his collar was tight as he was still able to get close to him despite being held down by two of their friends, "You saw those bandages on her hands right? Well, she made that scarf all by herself just for you! She did that despite knowing nothing about knitting!"
"I…" He started but, as if you were still there, the words he so wanted to stay retreated back down his throat.
"What!? You what, Iwaizumi!!?" Oikawa snapped, almost on the brink of insanity like how Iwaizumi was before you left, "Got anymore bad things to say about her!?!"
"Zip it, will you?! I know that she didn't do anything wrong! It's just my fucked up and tired self making all the excuses!" He looked down, burying his face in his hands.
"Y-you could still run after her. I'm sure she'd--" One of them said, patting his back.
"She won't. Six years and never did she go against her word once she's made up her mind. It'll take a shit load of convincing but, I doubt she'd want me back." He gave out a huff, walking away until his best friend stopped him.
"Then you've just got to be stubborn like usual and try your best." Oikawa spoke, pumping the depressed Iwaizumi up.
"Huh? Ah, y-yeah…"
• • •
"How long has it been since you last slept?" You asked him, caressing his cheeks with your thumb as he leaned into your touch.
"What?" He blinked a couple of times before sighing, "I slept, maybe for just a few hours before waking up again because every time I close my eyes, that face you gave me that day keeps coming back to me and…"
"And?" He didn't want to tell you but, this would be the chance that he couldn't take hold of on that day.
"And there's this stupid scene that keeps playing in my dreams, during that fight we had, you left and when I saw you again, you were so happy with someone else and that broke me." He wanted to cry but all he could do was ball his fists with his brows furrowed in anger. Anger towards himself and his stupid decisions, "My last words to you that day was to leave me alone. That I never wanted to see you again. But, I was wrong. I still want you here by my side. I still want to see you. I still want to hear your voice every morning after I wake up and every night before I sleep just like before."
"Iwaizumi…" You started but your words just went in one ear and out the other as he continued.
"What I'm saying is, I'm sorry. I'm sorry that I fucked up. That my jealousy got in between the two of us. It was dumb of me and Oikawa's supposed to be the childish one." He chuckled bitterly, mostly to himself. Now that he spoke his mind, it was silly of him to feel that way. To feel, was it inferiority? "I guess I still wasn't used to being the one getting the attention instead of him who's always surrounded by fangirls everywhere. Or believe in the idea of someone who would actually love me and not use me just to get to him."
"Iwaizumi, never in my life was I attracted to him. You know that right? I told you this once before." He held both of your hands, placing the other on his cheek. It was as if he was touch deprived and wanted to make up for the times he was away from you.
"I know. It's just that… letting you go that day was the hardest thing I've ever done. I couldn't even stop you, I just stayed there. I tried, believe me, I tried but I couldn't. I wanted to make you stay. But losing my last game in high school and all my emotions were over the place that it took a toll on me." Iwaizumi admitted. Sighing for who knows how many times now.
"It's okay. I understand." He stared at you, confusion written all over his face.
"No, you don't! I'm not blaming this on my loss. I'm blaming this on myself, for doubting you. You've been loving me so right despite studying in different schools and all I did was hurt you! Days after we broke up, I've been feeding myself these useless reasons not to see you, telling myself that you're mad at me and that you don't need me anymore. I'm sorry. Please hate me…" He was crying, he didn't care anymore if anyone saw him so… vulnerable. You wiped it all away, a smile on your lips.
"Hajime." You started. It was the first time in weeks since he last heard you say his name, "I love you."
"W-what?" These words were the least he expected to come out of your mouth but, he wasn't complaining either.
"You heard me. I love you." You repeated before you giggled, "Sure yeah, you were totally an ass for not listening to me but it doesn't change the fact that I still love you. And I also heard from Tooru that you haven't been like yourself since that day, my fault entirely. I should have thought about what your reaction would be.
"You know… I tried to come up with tons of reasons to just give up, so we both wouldn't have to hurt like this. It would have been easier for both of us. But, I can't. I don't want things to be easy between us. Everything you do makes me fall for you over and over, deeper than the last time. And hearing you say that you still love me, makes me realize that I should have tried even harder." Iwaizumi hugged you tightly, afraid that this was all a dream and was about to wake up. Or was he going soft just for you? Because it was obviously not because of Oikawa.
"So, what do you want to happen to us? What's your call?" You asked looking up at him.
“What’s this? Are you two okay now?” The childish devil on Iwaizumi's shoulder popped in between the two of you, “You are! That’s great! I’ll tell them right now--!”
“You, hanger bastard! I’ll beat you up--” He was about to give Oikawa a piece of his mind when he heard your voice echo in his ear.
“Hanger bastard? What’s with the new insult?” You laughed out loud, the wing spiker smiled, missing the sound, "Where'd you get that?"
"I'll tell you tomorrow, I'm sure Mattsun and Makki want to get a say in this too." He suggested, receiving a nod from you.
"Hey Iwa-chan, you guys don't have to diss me every time you get jealous!!" Iwaizumi scoffed, ignoring the setter.
"Anyways, I'll fetch and take you home after practice. We've got a lot of catching up to do." He offered, intertwining both of your fingers together, “We can even start now, I’ll walk you to Karasuno.”
"I'd like that, Hajime."
I gave you my heart and I don't regret not taking it back. My attention is yours and no one else's from the beginning until the end.

Chapter 5. We have stucky, we have stevesambucky friendship, we have a new place to live and strange being a good guy because tony definitely ranted at him. Also, we're beginning the creepy part of the plot. I have decided that sam will be one of the main platonic characters in this story because I love sam.
fun fact: I used to be a creepypasta writer! Going back to my roots here, hehe.
Things had stated changing, for better or worse, much sooner than I had been prepared for - but was anyone, ever, really ready for the next big step? Certainly not me - the view that greeted me after I'd finished my shift at Jeremy's was peculiar and unexpected, so I froze, eyebrows high at the two super-soldiers parked, once again, illegally, right in front of the entrance door.
"Hi, doll," Bucky was reclined against his boyfriend comfortably, his bike standing a pace behind Steve's, who nodded companionably, a sheepish grin on his face.
"G'day," I nodded, eyeing them warily. "I think I know where this is going..."
"No, no, nothing like that," both men frantically waved their hands around, Steve coming up close to approach me slowly. "You're not in trouble. I came out here to say thanks," giving a sappy look to the grouch that was his boyfriend, Steve reached into his pocket and handed me a slip of paper. "Just, uh..."
"Those are our phone numbers. Don't hesitate to give either one of us a call if someone bothers you," Bucky took over the stammering blonde, shaking his head at the soft blush that blossomed on the good captain's face. The brunette wrapped an arm around Steve's shoulders with a shy smile of his own. "Or if you, I don't know, need someone to carry your groceries or something," he snorted. "The punk wouldn't leave it alone until we came out personally to thank you, the sap."
The laughter bubbled up from my chest as I grabbed and pocketed the paper, throughly amused and at the endearing gesture. "Sure, thanks."
"And, uh," Bucky's eyes briefly looked to the side. "We'd appreciate if you keep the status of our relationship to yourself for now. We're not, like, officially out yet."
I froze in place, mouth falling open. Surely they were aware that anybody with a functional pair of eyes could see that they were much more than 'good, lifelong friends'. "No problem, guys. Lemme know if anyone gives you shit about it though, this place," I gestured to the café behind me, "is strictly paparazzi and homophobe-free."
Steve's grin grew even more genuine. "Yeah, we heard all about it from Tony and Stephen. Said 'twas the only place they go these days."
I wasn't aware of that. "It's the paps, isn't it?" I remembered Tony's remarks.
Bucky shook his head, the metals of his prosthetic arm whirring as it recalibrated. "Not only. The public hasn't had the best reaction to a man goin' out with a man," the brunette looked away to the side, where Steve's face had fallen considerably. "And Tony's an eccentric rich man. We're jus' two soldiers. The US Army won't be too happy if we... Came out," both men were crestfallen yet determined.
I had a hunch nothing would be able to separate the two - seeing as not even seventy-odd years and brainwashing and ice couldn't keep the captain and his sarge apart, I doubted that a few government weasels could successfully do the job. Even so, it was unpleasant, to say the least, to see them deny themselves something that technically was perfectly fine in the 21st century.
I chewed on my lip, gathering my wits. "I've clocked out, I can tell you this as a friend- as a person. You don't owe the army jack shit. They do not own you, you are your own person that they experimented their German knockoff steroids on. Respectfully, fuck that shit." I firmly stated my opinion, figuring that there should have been at least someone that told Steve that he is more than his star-spangled uniform and giant metal frisbee.
The blonde scrunched his eyebrows together, fingers gripping onto his belt until the knuckles went white, the hard line of his jaw set firm.
Bucky laugh took me by surprise. "Agreed, doll. I'm too old to be hiding in back alleys and shit," he clapped on his boyfriend's shoulder. "Although I'm happy enough with just not going to prison for bein' in love with this idiot."
"Jerk," Steve's responding pout was downright adorable now that I knew the circumstances surrounding their relationship.
Which wasn't exactly surprising. As a barista, I knew my fair share about my regulars' love lives, their jobs, their kids. The tea was almost always piping hot. "Bye, boys," I smiled at them warmly, throwing a glance at the time, adjusting the strap of my bag for comfort. "Stay outta trouble!"
Steve scrambled for his bike, having noticed my pointed gesture. "Sorry, didn't mean to hold you back. There, I have a spare helmet," he gestured behind him. "I'll give you a ride."
"There's no way in Hell I'm getting on that death trap!" I shouted cheerfully, walking briskly towards my second job, hiding a laugh in the warmth of my scarf as two very offended motorcycle-loving gay fossils sped past me, making truly incredible amounts of noise. Good for them.
Odette was content to let me rummage around the bodega without showing herself more than necessary, taking her appointments and doing- well, witch stuff, I guess, only coming out to poke at the various jars for ingredients.
"Star, I have a proposition for you," right before closing time, Odette's voice filled out the store with its low drawl. "A good friend of mine owns an apartment building, not far from here actually, and one tenant recently moved out. It's a safe space for those who are different," she enunciated the last word, fixing it with a pointed stare. "She's not overly fond of total strangers coming to live there. The rent is reduced and the apartment itself is slightly bigger and more fashionable than yours..."
"Where's the catch?" I found myself interrupting her. I wouldn't lie: the reduced rent and increased size of the apartment did interest me, as well as the probability of a kinder, more involved landlord. My current one was - not the best, but such was life in the NYC.
"There are a few rules to follow, rules that might seem strange at first but they'll make sense in time. And your neighbors might be also a little... Unusual," Odette carefully studied my face for any signs of displeasure.
I sighed.
And then I sighed some more as I was signing my new lease in a few days' time, having spoken with Porter, my new landlord, and his boyfriend who had claws and fangs- after so much time spent around Odette's, I didn't even blink. The couple liked me enough to extend a secure but flexible offer and some furniture to choose from the attic where they kept the spares.
I quite liked the large, vintage couch I placed next to the wide bow windows in the living room. The floors were hardboard and well-kept, the walls a nice, homely shade of green and Porter didn't mind any new holes in them that might arise from hanging up decorations. I scheduled a thrift crawl at the next possible opportunity, happy with the "good employee" bonus Odette had given me after I sealed the deal.
My stuff was boxed up, a sleepless night and a call to a begrudging Jeremy to have a couple of days off to move; I was, thankfully, not late on my schedule and all that I had left was to rent a car to move the boxes of my things and the few pieces of furniture I had decided to keep - my haul in Porter's attic had been incredibly rewarding and my new apartment had all the basics to make it look like a warm, inviting bohemian home in a while.
My phone rang suddenly, startling interruption to the romcom I was watching as I ate my last lunch in my old apartment. "Hello?" I answered the number without looking.
"Hi, doll," Bucky's voice rang out cheerful. "A little witch told me you were moving. I thought you might need a hand?"
I blanked momentarily, the thought of enlisting two very busy super-soldiers to haul ten boxes and two endtables worth of stuff not having crossed my mind at all. "Is this the moment when you stop by my house just to unattach and put your prosthetic arm somewhere and leave?" I asked, hearing distinctive snickering - several more people were with him.
The cheer in his voice blossomed into a full belly laugh. "You're funny," he teased me. "And thanks for the idea. But no, I have a room full of men that have nothing better to do but get on my nerves. Might as well make 'em useful," his accented drawl thickened the more we spoke. Muted cheers rang out in the background.
"Uh, sure," who was I to look a gift horse in the mouth? I rattled off my address and warned them I didn't have a car, after which Bucky assured me it will be taken care of. The last remaining knick-knacks packed away, I went down to take out the trash, and returned to four people standing in front of my apartment building, all except one unrecognisable in their civilian clothes. "Hello," I waved at them, side-eyeing the tallest, grumpiest man of the bunch.
Stephen Strange was there, looking around curiously, hands in the pockets of his plain grey hoodie. I had already forgotten how normal he looked without his robes, and, frankly speaking, I preferred him like that. His title and the attire that came with it were quite intimidating.
"Hey there," a dark-skinned man who I recognised to be the Falcon, raised his hand. I had not met him yet. "I'm Sam, Sam Wilson. You must be the Star we're helping?" His quick once-over and the tilt to his lips; the ease with which he flirted had me brandishing smirks of my own. I led them all upstairs, Stephen's silence being just so loud. Sam, however, had no such reservations. "So, you're a witch, right?" Wow, subtlety was his middle name.
"Yes, I'll show you my broomstick," I deadpanned, wiggling my eyebrows at him with a grim look.
"Woah woah," Sam raised his hands as the three men behind us snickered loudly. "What happened to 'how are you? let's have dinner sometime'?"
I did my best imitation of an evil cackle as I let them through my front door. The four newcomers looked around my nearly empty apartment with muted interest before zeroing in on the pile of things in the corner: a few pieces of furniture and nearly taped boxes. Should be a walk in the park for four men.
A hand on my arm pulled me from the stupor of observing Sam, Bucky and Steve act like a well-oiled trio, bantering and teasing each other as they discussed how to best move the things.
"Look," Stephen Strange had all the appearance of a chastised puppy. "I wanted to apologize for my behaviour that day. I was out of line," the low notes in his voice made the appearance of the apology being somewhat reluctant. Tony probably put him to it after our little burger run.
Irregardless, I wasn't looking to make any enemies. "Me too, I was under stress - not that I'm using it as an excuse," to give where it's due, I nodded at the sorcerer, immediately awestruck by the easy, boyish smile that stretched on his lips.
"You are strong," he added. "If you would like to learn our ways, we would welcome you." There was a spark in his eyes, something belonging to man that respected and collected knowledge. My own respect for him grew immensely just from that one thing.
"I'll think about it," I offered amicably, however, I still leaned heavily towards a negative answer to that particular proposition. I liked my current way of life.
Strange's grin made a momentary second appearance, until Sam's voice rang loudly: "Fire in the hole, Wizard-man," causing the former to groan loudly and look at me.
"Think about your new place for a second," he spoke, briefly touching out fingertips. As soon as that was over, a golden circle with my new living room on the other side of it appeared quietly, Strange's hands immediately going back into his pockets after that. I sighed and pointed the men into it, stepping in a second after. The sorcerer wasn't far behind. "You could learn that, too, you know," he added wryly, having seen my look of mild envy directed at him.
"I think I'll be good with having the 'pissed off the sorcerer Supreme and lived' pass for now," I retorted with an eyeroll, turning around to stare him down.
He had the decency to look somewhat sheepish, at least. "I'm not like my predecessor," his words were chosen carefully. "And, to be honest, I have no clue as to why your... Boss is so hostile towards me- us," Strange looked around the room before unceremoniously beelining for the couch and plopping down on it.
"Not to be a gossip," I started, slightly intrigued. "But Odette and some lady she called ancient had mad beef," I slipped into casual language easily, trying to recall the details of Odette's, quite often jumbled, stories. "Sounded almost like territorial disputes," I shrugged. "And the apprentices Odette took on before me found themselves in all kinds of compromising situations," I chewed on my lip. "Like the Arctic."
Strange rubbed his face with a noisy groan, large hands doing nothing to mask the resignation and slight embarrassment.
I focused on the thin, red scars on his hands - they had to have been something serious, the way slight tremors betrayed the deteriorating state of the nerves in his fingers. I frowned, quickly averting my gaze before he could catch me ogling him. The fact thag Stephen kept his hands in his pockets or covered by gloves at all times didn't go over my head.
He muttered something to himself, something that sounded like he was often forced to clean up his predecessor's mess. "I see," was the only thing he'd offered me, looking slightly pitiful and apologetic.
"Well," I started, noting the last of my stuff was about to be in its rightful place, "as long as you don't toss me into the ocean, I think we can coexist peacefully."
"Tony would kill me if I'd tried," Stephen groused.
"Probably," I agreed. "Considering the fact he hit on me, for you, it would make one hell of a lover's quarrel," my hand pointed towards the kitchen as Steve and Sam carried in the boxes aptly labeled "kitchen", looking around a place to put them down.
"Tony did what now?" Stephen's tone dropped, a wry smirk decorating his lips as he eyed me through his lashes.
"Don't ask me," I raised my palms, feeling my eyes widen. "He's chaos personified and Satan only knows what he's got on his mind."
That squeezed a laugh out of the tall man, followed by a fond, sappy smile as he looked out of my large, panoramic window, probably thinking of Tony himself. There was no doubt, Stephen Strange was utterly and throughly head over heels in love with Tony Stark. Good for them, good for them.
"A-and that's it," Bucky walked in, wiping his hands on a kitchen towel I'd provided them earlier. "I took some liberties and assembled the furniture, Steve is stacking the dishes as we speak," the brunette noisily plopped down next to me, arm carelessly thrown behind me on the back of the couch.
"Oh, um," I stammered, unused to such random gestures of kindness. "Thanks a lot, you saved me a day's worth of time and a backache," I smiled, scooting over to make some room for Sam.
"No problem, not like we had anything better to do than argue which part of the Lord of the Rings is the best," Wilson rolled his eyes, elbowing Bucky none-too-gently.
Bucky elbowed back, thus starting a horsing war between the two, causing me to scoot closer to Stephen as I attempted to avoid any flailing limbs; the sorcerer and I shared an identical, perplexed sigh as to how two grown men could easily bait each other into such juvenile behaviour.
Whatever. It was kind of endearing.
Steve emerged from the kitchen dusty but smiling, having heard the commotion, and quickly herded his guys into a semblance of decent behaviour before all of three of them left, leaving me and Stephen to go back to my old apartment and give the keys to it to the guard. That was done, too, and a portal from an alley behind my old building straight into my living room had me and Strange awkwardly hovering, saying out goodbyes and waving to each other as the golden circle rapidly shrunk in size and disappeared, golden sparks scattering across my living room carpet for a short second before they fizzled out, too.
I used the brief moment of respite to find the small piece of paper containing the rules Porter had insisted I read and take seriously; figuring it might be a good idea to give them a read before beginning to unpack, I popped open a bottle of soda, holding the itemized list written in neat cursive to my face.
The further I read, the further my eyebrows rose:
"1. Keep your door locked at all times.
2. If a person knocks on your door claiming to be the mail man, do not open the door under any circumstances. You are free to ignore the knocking - it only lasts a minute or so. After the person has left, you may open the door and check for any packages.
3. If Samantha from 3B visits you and asks you to babysit, you may do so at your personal discretion. Her twins are a handful and their daily habits are not for the ones with a weak stomach, however, they mean nothin ill and will not harm you in any way.
4. Do not use the elevator between the hours of 1 and 4 AM.
5. There are no apartments under number "7". If someone claiming to be from those apartments knocks on your door and requests entry, come up with a polite excuse to decline and send me a text message. I will take care of it.
6. There is no garden on the premises of this building. If a man approaches you, claiming to be a gardener, don't interact with him and simply walk away. He will leave you alone.
7. You may meet a girl in a polka-dot dress playing in the hallways or in the stairwell. This is Lucy. Always be polite to Lucy - you won't like what will happen if you're rude to her. She does not talk but she knows limited ASL and may request to visit you. Allow her in ONLY if you have fresh meat in your fridge (beef or mutton, preferably bloody). You might want to avoid seeing her eat, however, it might be very beneficial to make friends with Lucy. She knows a lot of things.
8. If, when taking the stairs, you encounter inconsistent numeration of the floors, such as floor 2 followed by floor 5 and etc, simply walk a flight back. It will sort itself out. The building is old and sometimes it gets confused.
Important notice: these rules apply to your guests as well. Please make sure to introduce and educate them on these matters. We will help as much as we can should a situation arise but ultimately, there are fates far worse than an untimely, however swift, death.
- Porter and Lance."
A slow, creeping dread began to gnaw at my nape, curling on like a cold snake deep in chest. As if laughing at me, the warm, welcoming embrace of the green walls and the toothy, wide smiles my landlords had given me encouraged my recently found sense of adventure, all of it mixing into a cacophony of exhilaration and unease, equally steadily driving my running brain insane.
I sighed again, immediately going to the box containing my altar and the rest of the protective items. So much for peace.

Suki x Reader x Ty Lee Part 3
Summary: It’s been 10 years and now is time for the eclipse and comet. Even though you haven’t seen your friends since Serpent’s Pass, you know you have to help.
Warnings: Light Cursing?
*6 Year Time Skip*
If someone had told you ten years ago that you would be married to Ty Lee, you would laugh. But now, you wouldn't change it for the world. After having dropped of Mai six years ago, you and Ty Lee traveled the world together, relaxing, saving villages, and having some... fun. However, three years ago your freedom had changed. While saving a village from the Fire Nation, a house fell killing the family of a two year old little girl. At first, you wanted to hand the child off to some other family or find an orphanage but one look at the little girl stopped you. She looked like you and Ty Lee so much it was scary. You and Ty Lee had talked about having children before but decided to wait til after Sozin's Comet so Aang could bring the world back to an era of peace but, you just couldn't bring yourself to leave that little girl behind. So you took her with you, moved to the Fire Nation, used some of Ty Lee's family's money to buy a house, got a job and settled down. You knew settling down in the Fire Nation was weird but it wasn't under the constant threat of attack like the rest of the world was. You just made sure to steer clear of Azula and to make sure your daughter knew about what the Fire Nation was actually like, and not letting her get brainwashed by school. You also told her about her aunts and uncles, even adding in Sokka and Suki much to Ty Lee's surprise. When she had asked you about it, you said that you had her now and that what had happened was so long ago.
Marrying Ty Lee had happened a year ago. It wasn't a big celebration or anything. You and Ty Lee were still weary about living in the Fire Nation and decided to get eloped with her family and your daughter to act as a witness. You both had written your own vows to each other and you promised that once everything was over, you would throw her the biggest wedding party the world had ever seen. Ty Lee being her cheesy self told you that none of that mattered as long as she had you and Ming, your guys daughter. When the day of the eclipse and comet came, everyone in the city had ran to hide. You told Ty Lee that you had to help your friends, even after not speaking to them for a decade. She understood that you needed to do this and tried to come with you. "Ty Lee you must stay, please, and protect our daughter." "But---" "Ty Lee, please. If you get too scared head down to the bunker until I come back. Stay safe, I love you." You say before running out the house to join in the fight between the Fire Nation and Sokka's invasion team. Ty Lee held back her tears trying to be strong for her daughter. "Come on Ming, lets go spend some time in the bunker." "Will mommy/daddy be coming with us?" Ming responded with childlike innocence. Ty Lee smiled down sadly at her daughter before picking her up and walking towards the bunker. "You know how mommy/daddy and I use to tell you story of your aunts and uncles and how they are great heroes?" "Yeah! Uncle Aang can bend four elements!" Ty Lee smiled at her daughters excitement. "Yeah, well mommy/daddy went to go help them." "That's so cool! Mommy/daddy are a hero too!" "Yeah and after they win and defeat the bad guy, they'll come home to get us. And maybe you can finally meet your aunts and uncles." "Awesome!"
The battle had been hard and long. Aang couldn't find Fire Lord Ozai during the eclipse and had to fight him after, during Sozin's comet. It didn't seem like you were gonna win until Aang went into his avatar state and took Ozai's bending away. You watched with a smile as everyone hugged their loved ones before walking over to the Gaang. "Y/n!" Katara yelled before her, Aang, and Toph pulled you into a hug. "We've missed you so much!" You smiled at the three in front of you as you pulled away. "I missed you guys too! We have so much to catch up on!" They all nodded their head in agreement before you felt a tap on your shoulder. You turned to see Sokka looking at you with a sheepish smile. "I know when you left we were on a sour note and I want to apologize for---" You cut Sokka off with a hug, surprising everyone. "I've forgiven you for sometime now Sokka. Yes I was very much hurt in the beginning but if stuff didn't happen the way it did, I probably wouldn't be as happy and content with life as I am now." Sokka smiled at your statement before pulling you back into another hug, "I still am very sorry." You smiled, "I know." Now that that bond was repaired, you thought as you turned to look at the girl who had broken your heart. There was another one that needed to be fixed. You took a step forward her, opening your mouth to say her name, when you noticed a movement to the right of her. A Fire Nation general, who was not pleased with the outcome of the battle, had stood up and was in the process of throwing a spear right at Suki, who was too focused on you to notice. Your yell changed from one of happiness to fear. "Suki!" you yelled running full blast at her. She looked at you confused before turning to the right the see what you had seen. Her eyes widened at the sight of the tip of a spear already halfway to her, leaving her no time to dodge out of the way. As she watched the spear fly towards her she felt a sudden push from her front, sending her flying backwards to the ground. Hearing a solid thunk from where she just stood.
When the dust cleared, she looked up in horror to see you standing there with a spear sitting in you. It had gone in from your right side and stopped after coming out your left side, you looked like a kebab. Suki watched as the Fire Nation general was taken down after everyone noticed what happened. She watched as you stumbled some before falling forwards, about to face plant on the ground, but get caught by Aang instead. Suki stood up fast and ran over to you and kneeled on the opposite side of Katara, who just kept mumbling no over and over again. "There's too much internal bleeding, too many things have been severed by the spear. Taking it out would just kill them faster." Everyone looked at you with tears in there eyes. They had just gotten you back! You couldn't be leaving them again so soon. "My wife..." You whispered, pain clear in your voice. The Gaangs eyes widen at your statement. "Please my wife and daughter, I want to see them one more time. Its the first house behind the palace, please." Sokka wasted no time before standing up and sprinting away, towards your house. You felt like your body was on fire, "Please move me to sit against a wall, I don't want my daughter to see me sitting in a pool of blood." Katara and Suki nodded at your request before moving you to lean against a palace wall. You grunted at all the movement, feeling pain every time you breathed. It was getting harder and harder to fight your tiredness and you just wanted to see Ty Lee and Ming one more time.
"Y/n! Y/n! Oh my spirits!" Ty Lee yelled, seeing you leaned against the wall. "No..." she said as she kneeled down next to you. The Gaang looked at each other in shock, seeing that you actually had a wife and kid, Ty Lee being your wife no less. Ty Lee had tears coming out of her eyes like a water fall. "No... We were supposed to grow old together, meet our grandchildren, see Ming get married. Have that big wedding party you wanted to throw me." You smiled at her sadly, putting a hand to her cheek and wiping away tears. "I'm sorry, my love. I didn't mean for it to end this way. I love you so much." You pulled her into a kiss before looking at Ming, who was hugging Ty Lee and looking at you with tears in her eyes. She had already lost her family and now she was losing half of her new one. "Ming, mommy/daddy has to go away for a while but I want you to know something before I go okay?" Ming nodded, "Watching you grow up has been one of my most favorite things in the world. While I'm gone I want you and mama to take care of each other for me okay?" Ming nodded before climbing into your lap, it hurt a lot but you didn't show it. You wanted to hold your daughter one more time. Ming looked at you with her tears now over flowing, "Are you gonna go see my mommy and daddy?" You never hid the fact from Ming, even though she was 5, that she wasn't originally yours but she had told you that she didn't care and that you would both always be her mama and mommy/daddy. At her question you finally let yourself cry.
"I am pumpkin and I'm so so sorry. I don't want to leave you." At this point your had leaned your head on Ty Lees shoulder, who was still kneeling next to you. The rest of your friends had stood around you, looking at the scene in front of them with tears of their own. After a moment of silence Ming spoke up again, "Does it hurt?" You didn't know how to respond, you didn't want to scare her but at the same time the black spots that kept clouding your vision were getting worse and worse. "Yeah." You answered being truthful. Ming grabbed your cheeks with her tiny five year old your hands, "Its otay to let go mommy/daddy." Her words messing up a little, she was still having trouble with her K's and C's. If you weren't crying before you would have been now. How had your daughter been so mature at such a young age. But with her statement you blink your eyes a couple times to clear your vision. You looked at your friends, who you had just reconnected with and look at Suki. "I forgive you." You tell her not wanting her to feel guilty about what happened after your death. You looked at all your friends, "Take care of them for me, please." You say, talking about Ty Lee and Ming. "Of course y/n." Katara says, holding on to Aang tightly. You smiled at your friends before looking at your family. You lean forward and kiss Ming on her head and kiss Ty Lee on the lips. "I love you both so much." "We love you too." "Love you too mommy/daddy." You heard before leaning your head against Ty Lee's shoulder and letting your eyes close for the final time.
