Ok does anyone else get really easily angered and/or irrationally angry about things, as a migraine prodrome symptom?
#I'm noticing that sometimes my fuse is so short it's almost nonexistent#and my feelings are usually not proportional to the thing upsetting me#and i feel hysterical#like it's not just anger. it's also anxiety#so my heart ends up racing and i feel sweaty and shaky and it's not uncommon for me to cry#as if randomly bursting into tears from anxiety or depression or hormones or justified anger or a mix of those wasn't embarrassing enough 🙄#like. oh ho! don't mind me! I'm just shaking with barely restrained fury and terror. because i dropped the fork i was washing 👍
