Every so often I read someone questioning Will's tattoo. Like "he's a 16-year-old, how would he get a tattoo?"

I don't get it, I got my first piercing at 13 and I could have got a tattoo right there at that very moment without my mom's permission .

I would like to think that all this thing is something from United States because I had so many classmates of 16 years(as a normal age to get tattoos and piercings and all) with tattoos that I started to believe that you would seen them as criminals.

And you wouldn't be wrong so...
