so downside is I have to wait like a year for my surgery but the upside is now I'm actually on the list and that wait might actually be shorter because they're starting to pass up people who don't have their paperwork together which apparently has been holding up the line for a long time

Currently thinking about dentist Evan™. Barty comes in with an appointment under regulus black name - he's either paying all the expenses and everything, or he is just written as an emergency contact and scheduled him with his contacts - anyways. 19 years old patient, amab but the file says "non-binary" in gender. Previous assessment showed alteration in soft tissues, a few of previous fillings (distal and labial) , currently mesial-oclusal cavity, xerostomia and dental erosion in the back teeth. Which is, well, bad for a nineteen year old but nothing he hasn't seen. Said patient is also in a rotation of five differents meds and just got diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. Also Just got clear from rehab. And Evan doesn't like working with teenagers and this one seems trouble but he's being well paid for that so it doesn't matter.

Barty - there's no surname in the file and nurse couldn't get him to give one himself but by his id it's crouch jr — comes in and he is hot. Show stopping, spectacular, beautiful with a exquisite smile and seems kinda chill despite the horrors orr because of them. He also seems sleepy but it's eight in the morning so he'll let it slide.

They greet and barty is unapologetic, funny and well-humored. Also hot. Very hot laid flat when Evan tells him to get comfortable and he does as he's told, and Dr. Rosier ask him to opens his mouth, and he obeys without second thought, all teeth out. But Evan is working.

There's some stuff the staff let pass, he sees right away - not everyone is as good as he is - barty (beautiful name by the way) flinches when he touches said spot and complains about tenderness. Having him say the very word tender actually makes Evan want to melt on the floor but again, he's working. And staff also forgot to tell him barty has been neglected as a kid (it's something kind of hard to notice by the teeth but again, evan didn't also graduate anthropology for nothing) and on top of that a Palatal petechiae.

He loves his job - as much as he can love anything having antisocial personality disorder - and loves how he can see through people and what they've gone through by looking at them, looking inside them. After about an hour of pure torture - both for barty and Evan - he gives him instructions how to take care of himself until next follow-up, barty looks at him. He's still cleaning himself and the tears Evan made him shed completely ruined his eyeliner, and says, straight face: can I get your number?

Barty is an idiot and Evan rosier is also one, apparently, because what he says is: I beg you pardon?

Barty expresses he wants to have someone to call in case something goes wrong or he just forgets something and Evan gives his personal number. It's not everyday he does that because patients usually are wary and attention demanding and he has a secretary just for it but. God, barty has beautiful eyes.

He comes home to find himself with a "thank you ;)" text from an unknown number and about an year later, Barty is there again, not because he needs it but because Evan wants again. That's a very good outcome

I'm not a dentist, I just have an morbid interest and it came to use.

Here Evan is something close to his canon age, about 7-9 years older than barty because I love power imbalance and age gap rosekiller is just sexy.
