I figured out rosies small oil leak is almost definitely from the passenger side valve cover gasket, (thankfully NOT the turbo, i was ready to have a heart attack) the burnt oil smell is oil dripping down the side onto the exhaust manifold and burning off. Apparently that gen everything is known for the passenger side drying out from the heat of the manifold. What a nuisance. Wouldnt take that long to change i dont think and would be good to get up to my elbows in it where its still fairly new to me but aough. Or i try and run some gasket sealer through it first bc im lazy and dont have tons of money to spare.... 😔 at least i didnt sell blubaru yet so id still have him to drive in the meantime. Once i fix him too that is 😟
