idk why I continue to think I'll vibe with any of the opinions of YT mecha fuckbois regarding Gundam content
#it's like. you have an opinion and want to share it. cool!#but what I don't respect is going and making a 30 min video listing subjectively 'bad' things about a series as if they're objective#just because ZZ starts out more light-hearted than Zeta doesn't make it objectively bad. I personally enjoyed the shift of tone.#just because Kamille is an autistic brat to begin with doesn't make him undesirable or a bad protag.#many gn girlies online (myself included) would digress. we pass him around our circles like a plush doll.#Reddit also has this problem but not to the extent of YouTube.#at least on Reddit you're bound to find this kind of rhetoric torn apart by a number of adversaries.#rancid takes seem to flourish of YT (to no one's surprise except maybe myself. because I keep watching them.)#anyways. highly-specific rant done. don't got to YT expecting quality Gundam breakdowns/critiques.#EXCEPT. there's one guy whose work is both verbose and enjoyable. and he doesn't shade his subjective opinions under objective wording.#(Abhsalonikas on YT is nearly the only mf I respect in that realm of things)
