tried to read another romance book suggested to me on tiktok (bad decision). gave up and am now 20% through a nonfiction book about the 2011 tsunami in japan (it's very good. also a tiktok recommendation).

#I think what I have to accept is: stop going online for romance book recs. even if you think the reccer is trustworthy #because you will be proven incorrect lol #also maybe I just don't like regency romances.... idk the sex scenes were SOOOOOOOO BORINGGGGGGGGG oh my god I can't do published sex scene #also the character development... lackluster! the attraction.... stale! boo hiss I thought I trusted this reviewer!#anyways the tsunami book is quite good. but I'm also on a nonfiction bent these days #anyways the booktoker I trust most is schizophrenicreads. his recs all seem so good... this is my first one I'm reading
