#anyway theyve had to cancel our last session and im thinking of just not going back. it's not helping

in a recent session my therapist was like “when was the last time you had fun?” and i was like i don’t know. and they were like well how old were you when you last felt like you were having fun and i went back in my head for years and years and i was like i literally do not know. i think that means im really healthy and passing therapy with flying colours
