HEWWO RASCAL TEX!!!!!! thank you for waiting ive been v busy with work and stuff lately, but im playing catch up now :3

sweet dipper and mabel my BELOVED NIBLINGS, ok heres some headcanons for their relationship with my grauntie s/i :>

-grauntie tiff is mabel's confidant and dipper's hype man.

-if you thought the grunkles were scarily protective, the grauntie is on a whole different level (shes been dragged out of the kids' school a few times yelling at the principal ((sometimes by the kids themselves)))

-tiff got along VERY quickly with mabel. being on similar wave lengths, the pair are an unstoppable force of glitter and singing

-during their first summer in gravity falls, mabel begged grunkle stan to sign her up to join tiff's singing classes and stan (freaking out at the possibility of having to SPEAK to tiff again after all these years of.....miscommunication) begrudgingly does so

-"if you don't like your first lesson, your out. i refuse to pay the same amount i pay for my dental every week." "grunkle stan it's only $20"

-dipper was a bit nervous about getting close with her, considering how similar she is to mabel and the fact that she's a retired broadway star. thinking her as someone who's classy and a refined professional (she wouldnt wanna hang out with me she likes mabel more anyway, she probably thinks im a loser)

-he tried to impress her with his smarts and heroic endeavours by taking her monster hunting, but things kept going awry with tiff having to save both of them from being eaten.

-surprised at her for being so quick and clever with the monsters, dipper asks if she's done this before. "well yeah, duh, why else did you think i came with you, i wanted to show you what i was capable of" "wait what??? but i was trying to impress you???"

-this got the both of them to open up to each other. dipper was worried he'd be left behind again if mabel kept getting more friends to hang out with. tiff used to go on multiple adventures with a lover friend in her youth and wanted to prove that she still got it!! her spunk, yknow?

-after that day, dipper made sure to include tiff in his mystery hunting if she wasn't busy. tiff encouraged dipper to come to her classes (if not to participate, at least watch his sister)

-as they get older, tiff is the best at giving "grown up advice" so the twins go to her for their problems, or if they just need comfort and support. this includes a lot of phone calls that go on until 2am, but that don't matter when you've got kids to look out for.

-some guy is being creepy? tiff knows how to handle that. dealing with sexuality/gender identity issues? she gives her everlasting love and support. worried about failing an exam? reminds them of their worth and their capabilities, no matter the outcome.

-tiff is def the grauntie that gives her niblings the expensive presents. she spoils them rotten

-the treatment she gives to the twins also goes to the rest of the gang; soos, wendy, candy, grenda, and eventually pacifica

-she takes the twins to see broadway shows that are performing, and for some she has written songs for.

-tiff and mabel make time together for knitting therapy, where they just sit down and knit for the whole day (so.....many.....sweaters.....)

-tiff and dipper run movie marathons. sometimes the whole fam joins them, other times its just the two. their first one was lord of the rings.
