finished Brain Powerd today. Around an hour and a half after finishing it, trying to remember anything that happens feels like trying to recall a show you watched many years ago while either drunk or deeply sad. maybe both. It actively refuses to be remembered in concrete detail. Twenty six episodes of squandered late 90s Sunrise animation and Yoko Kanno soundtrack. Twenty six episodes of unedited NaNoWriMo-style word salad in clumsy conversation with the 1995 mecha juggernaut that arrived the year before. Twenty six episodes of hellish-to-draw Nagano robot designs.

less than two hours after its completion all animus has left my body, replaced with an uneasy sense of temporal displacement. I watched this eight years ago. I watched it today. It's 2017. wake up. it's 2017. Right? Sure. It's March of 2017. I watched Brain Powerd and it was not a good television show, on this, a day in 2017. there's still time. It's 2017. I will watch it 8 years in the future. I will watch it yesterday. There's still time. It's 2017!!!
