not @ me writing “you’re my compass” in 2011 and predicting “you’ll be my guide” nearly a full decade before 15x08. (hey spn writers, where’s my check??)

anyway, hi, this is my way of plugging my old midam fanfic, ‘with a whimper,’ for the first time in years, because i just finished doing a massive round of edits and fixed it up!! 

there aren’t any MAJOR changes (the plot is exactly the same, characters and arcs are the same, scenes are still largely the same, etc. etc.) but during a reread i kept getting bothered by the errors i was finding (grammar, sentence structure, changes in tense, continuity, awkward dialogue) (i stg i had a beta reader but it looks like we both hecked up!), so i cleaned it up. 

the only actual major change is that the rating got bumped up, because there’s a new scene and, well, 👀

takes place during season 7. includes leviathans, random biblical shit, copious amounts of bobby explaining things, adam finally doing cool shit and being treated like the important king he is, and of course, adam and michael starting out strugs to func but falling in love along the way.
