#last gifset i rb'd is the scene in question#anyway amethio said 'kisama' to spinel in that scene and i remember being taken off guard ww (when he said 'i need to ask you-')#('kisama' being a very derogatory way of addressing someone etc)#i remember ame using it to address friede in the hz manga adaptation of ep45 and i was like. why are you talking to your rival this way ww#(this specific word wasn't in the anime. it was added in the manga and he said 'you.. don't get in my way' and i thought it was amusing)#so as far as i know this was the first time amethio referred to someone that way which also showed that he was pissed off at spinel#amethio can be a rude bocchan sometimes and i think it's a neat part of his character#the way he talks casually to most people and the way gibeon is the only person he uses keigo with iirc#his 'wait please'.. the 'kudasai'.. really stood out to me when i watched the ep#felt a bit desperate to me too#hz065#character notes#episode notes
