It's good knowing my bullying my friends into self care is actually appreciated and not just naggin
#im going to bed after mc server for hours#and my buddy charlie has a class the same time as me#so im like. okay you go to bed too#i was doing it over text because vc has his friends and i easnt gonna be rude but then he brought it up#so fine#and one of his friends thanked me for doing it because they never have thr self csre motivation#and then he expressed how it irks him that his girlfriend and i CAN get him to do it#ans then the frienf talked about the bullying into therapy is good and another piped up with good therapy#and hes like 'its okay' but genuinely ive seen the difference in the time ive known him#and then he thanked me for giving a fuck#and bullied his girlfriend to going to bed#ans its just very positive and im glad it's not like. theyrr just frustrated and doing it so i stop
