THE OKLAHOMA KID stehen für mitreißenden Modern-Metal, der eine Brücke zwischen instrumentaler Finesse und energiegeladener Rhythmik schlägt. Ein Jahr später erschien mit der EP »Doppelganger«, für die der renommierte Produzent Aljoscha Sieg (Eskimo Callboy, We Butter The Bread With Butter, Nasty) engagiert wurde, die konsequente Fortführung der auf ihrem Debüt umrissenen Vision. Zu den treibenden Grooves und futuristischen Synthie-Elementen gesellten sich nun auch fesselnde, eingängige Passagen. Zum Track ‘Scharlatan’ wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit dem namhaften Regisseur Pavel Trebukhin (ALAZKA, Stick To Your Guns, ANNISOKAY) ein Video produziert. Gli alternative metaller New Disorder, freschi dell’uscita dell’album “Deception” (Agoge Records) e in partenza a giorni per un tour internazionale che toccherà anche Lituania, Estonia e Lettonia in supporto agli svedesi Pain, sono stati confermati nel bill del prestigioso “Faine Misto Festival”, che avrà luogo nell’autodromo di Ternopil in Ucraina dal 20 al 23 Luglio 2017 e che vede la band capitolina in compagnia di nomi illustri della scena Rock e Metal internazionale : Guano Apes, Eskimo Callboy, Korpiklaani, Poets Of The Fall, Betraying The Martyrs, Annisokay e molti altri.
