      Alright, so once the seelie servants stopped circling around his way, in fear of him clearing their whole tray of champagne in one go, Kosmo switched it up and snuck into the back rooms to steal a bottle. And boy, was he disappointed to have the last drop of the bottle go. He finished up by a not-so-graceful toss of the empty bottle onto the floor, knowing that no one other than the already scared servants would be around outside on the balcony while some seelie big dog was making a speech or whatever. No one other than Vala, of course. Of fucking course. She was always there at the worst of times. “Chingada madre--” He huffed under his nose before starting to approach one of the three Valas he was seeing. “I was ‘ere first, you’re no’ allowed to brood on this balcony i’s mine.”

THERE WERE NOT A LOT OF FAMILIAR FACES in this realm, but it only made it more exciting to spot a somewhat familiar face instead, even if she merely encountered said face once before. “vala. i’m delighted to see you.” laura told her after she approached her, a soft smirk on her lips. “are you enjoying yourself?” it was a circus and the hybrid didn’t know how to feel about it all, but it was a pretty circus and that was enough right now. By the disheveled look of Kosmo that he was trying so very hard to conceal with no prevail, it could be concluded that yes, he had been through a lot so far this ball. And it was still far from over. His bowtie was nowhere to be seen, shirt still unbuttoned at the top and his sleeves rolled up. His hair? He would rather not talk about it. However nicely he put his curls up at the beginning, they were out of fucking control by now, and it became even more evident to him as he was starting to sober up. Those fucking tasks were kicking his ass, yet he was determined to finish them, as there was absolutely no way he would let anyone know his weakness secret. That was when he saw his suit jacket. And those familiar golden locks accompanying it. Yes. Yes! The perfect recipient of his last task would be Vala, and he took no time to walk up to her, tucking some of his hair on his right side behind his ear to make himself somewhat presentable before he basically bumped into her. “There you are! I’m gonna have to... uh... steal you away for a bit, are ya free?”

We opened the gates to the seelie court for KOSMO REYES and we are curious to see how the SHADOWHUNTER, that is often described as the daredevil, will contribute to the new era ━ Will they stand with the Clave, or against them? Headcanons

Kosmo doesn’t really have a tragic backstory. He grew up in one of Mexico’s strongest Shadowhunter families, and what can u do, they love each other! He is the youngest of 4 children and having three older sisters who are good at their own individual areas of work, Kos definitely developed a bit of an inferiority complex.

He was never as good as any of his sisters, not while training to become a Shadowhunter, and not after he became a full fledged one. 

He works for the Mexico City Institute, but he had jobs in the LA Institute many times. 

HE IS A LIL SHIT!! He loves starting fights, and he usually ends up getting his ass beat for his big ass fucking mouth! He tends to have bruises and blood stains here and there very often. (cuz fuck iratze amirite)

He doesn’t work well in teams.

He doesn’t have a parabatai, and he never will. Why? Read THIS. 

He sleeps around with everything that moves, be it Downworlder or mundane, or anything inbetween or not inbetween. He doesn’t care!
