since apparently i'm libraryposting today
i just have to share about the dumbest online review my library got recently
it was some dude who was complaining that we didn't alphabetize our dvds (which is factually untrue btw) and speculating that this was our policy because we don't think they're as worthy as our book collections because they're not made up of printed words??
like nah friend, your fellow members of the public just move things around as they browse and we're super shortstaffed and can't always find or fix it immediately lmao 🤣
