i'll answer with a couple!

Maemi Akemi / アケミマエミ/ 朱美真笑

Maemi's inspiration is Kage the Shadow Master, the magician star of an in-universe show about an entertainer who uses shadow puppets to solve the problems that come up during the show. She's been a fan since she was very young, and continues to be a massive fan of his even as a young adult and her peers outgrew the show.

Airou Himura / ヒムラアイロウ / 緋村哀浪

Contrastingly, Airou's admiration is for his eldest (and late) cousin. From a young age he found the photographs of her outfits fascinating, and wanted to emulate them - it was those photographs that inspired him to get into ouji fashion. And when his industry began to push, he turned to the family records again to see if she ever had a way of reacting to that.
