as usual after a bad week my brain is like "you need to reinvent yourself!" so it keeps throwing ideas at me like "you should change your wardrobe, you'll be more human if you dress better!" and "also have you considered one of these 500 new hobbies" and "maybe you should dye your hair!"

anyway if I post something insanely stupid that I shouldn't have spent money on, the fake self-care demons got to me.

#i really wanted this dress i saw on ig but its. $445.#which like. its all hand-dyed and handmade and also the price was converted to CAD so like that's reasonable. but.#now im sad i can't impulse buy an elf dress #and I didn't like the ig post or follow the account so it's lost forever lol #anyway. was also thinking of getting back into jewelry making...the problem is i don't wear a whole lot of jewelry #and what i make is made with Michaels quality supplies so like. I can't exactly sell it #oh well i can make a dragon hoard of shiny shinies i guess #might actually dye my hair tho. it's been natural for mostly 2 years now so i think it's recovered enough that i can dye it again #and have the dye actually stick and not immediately wash out/all but the roots wash out so i have a weird red skunk-stripe #also need to trim my split ends which I've been meaning to do for a month now #anyway the Self Care But Only Badly And Aesthetically vibe is strong today
