#there's a stop sign nearby that somebody decorated with stickers a million years ago so it says 'never stop loving'#and then some time yesterday another person slapped a tr*mp sticker over 'loving' so now it says 'never stop tr*mp'#and well that really says it all doesn't it. impossible to parody the modern conservative movement bc they'll just straight up say#'our politics are rooted in hatred and resentment and we have zero interest in treating people well or improving lives#we have abandoned all pretense of principles or rationality bc we are in cultish thrall to a demented old rapist who thinks himself a king'#and then they wonder why normal people have no interest in associating with them.#the 'safe blue state' is a myth. these are my neighbors and they vote. people should do with that information what they will.
