Being overwhelmed by other's expectations+ the amount of work I have to do leads me to procrastinate which leads to disappointing myself and others + more work piling up which leads to more procrastination and this cycle repeats ad nauseam
#i know i need to break negative cognitive patterns as they do not help at all#but i really do not believe ill ever be able to pass la oposición#like I don't think i have what it takes#and idk which daughter/person ppl in my life remember but i cant be her#or. i dont think i can#idk im so overwhelmed and I wish i could talk about this with my family#but like.
