i love snarky bitchy atsushi all around but the atsushi i love most is volume 1 atsushi that was incredibly weirded out by dazai. you can just feel how exasperated he was already. atsushi was not fucking with him

#it's kind of brilliant how atsushi just does not rock with him at first #and then over time they develop a mutually trusting intimate relationship. but i shan't go on about them on this post #it's just hilarious. atsushi is the funniest character in bsd to me #i know technically he's used to dazai's shenanigans but also i wish we got to see him like this more #i don't think any amount of exposure to dazai would make you immune to him #see: chuuya #the dazai-proximity agitation meter #the things i would do for atsushi to bite him once. just once #the cannibalism skit in the wan manga was not enough i need dazai drawn and quartered #bsd
