unfortunately my roman empire is the star wars sequels because what a load of garbage that could’ve been avoided if the people in charge of the films actually gave a shit. and it’s a problem that honestly i notice happening more and more to franchises these days :/ the disneyfication of everything is starting to get to me because GOD

#ceri.txt #the sequels upset me sm #force awakens was great if unoriginal #i would make slight tweaks to it but not the plot or anything #and the last jedi was not great BUT ig it also suffers from comparison with empire strikes back #i didn't enjoy it in the least and there's stuff i would change #like luke’s character #and poe's character #and rey’s character #because they made luke way more immature than i feel like makes sense #like to a point i get why hes a little jaded #but he was just childish #and poe was two dimensional and annoying #and rey was way too overpowered #she was a little overpowered in force awakens but not as bad #BUT MY POINT IS the last jedi could've just been a shit movie and then the rise of skywalker could've been a good ending regardless #but unfortunately jj abrams is a dumbass .....#who said thattttt #nothing about the rise of skywalker is good #except that the characters look hot ig?#idk i didn't like what rian johnson did but tbf he did veer the sequels away from being overly derivative of the og trilogy #and then jj said fuck that so that's rly awesome!!!!!!
