gonna be baby's first time actually Hosting passover seder on wednesday night 🥰 (it's me i'm baby) (wish me luck)
#i've observed it the last three years- by myself the first time in 2020 and then just at home with my wife 2021 & 2022#but this will be my first time Formally Hosting a seder & im VERY excited abt it#that thing abt 'you're either a purim jew or a passover jew' is So true and i am a passover jew#having celiac makes the no-chametz thing so painless tbh. like i already don't eat gluten so i just have to avoid leavened stuff#anyway for seder im gonna pick up some brisket#and I'll do that + chicken soup for a starter + make my salmon rilette that everyone seems to LOVE lol#it's my grandma's recipe i made it for hannukah last year it slaps#im gonna cook down the charoset to cook off the alcohol from the red wine bc one of my guests doesn't drink#he Does smoke tho so he's gonna do grape juice with tincture in it as a substitute for the 4 cups of wine#and then im!!! planning baby's first time going to temple in-person this weekend bc i finally found a reform congregation near me
