well. i ended the day by spontaneously writing an entire arrangement from memory for the soundtrack of the film based on the book i'm meant to be reading for uni, so i guess that's the sort of day it's been

#i have literally got nothing productive done or been able to concentrate on anything for the entire day #and then i randomly started thinking about autumn carols at like midnight and then i remembered that the book i've been procrastinating #reading all day has a movie based on it which has a really nice soundtrack that's a bit like one of my favourite autumn carols so i #somehow spontaneously started writing an arrangement for it and now it's nearly 2am and i've written the entire oboe part and most of the #piano backing track and got absolutely nothing useful that i was SUPPOSED to be doing done #well. that's the undiagnosed adhd and insomnia combo for you i guess!
