a few years ago i got a free copy of Morrowind (i think it was a promo for the Blades release??????) and Bethesda's site is fucking broken so i effectively no longer have Morrowind
#ok so there's a security question you have to answer to edit your account#and i changed mine bc the last one i completely forgot#but then when i fucking changed it it didn't work#and when i look at my acct page it says the question and then the ******* instead of my answer#but the amount of characters in that *** is more than what I used#when for every other field with the *** matches the character amount#so what the fuck did it change to#and the reset button is no longer working#and the link to the fucking support website leads me to just a plaintext HTML site saying that it's broken.#so i can't contact support about it#oh my fucking god i tried to look for answers on google to see what i can do#and the fucking reddit page for bethesda#has a fucking bethesda downtime checker at the top of their info box 😭#also this answer i found is from a month ago and they ALSO said customer support is just Gone so i guess no more customer support#man i wonder why on earth Bethesda might not fix their customer service site 🤔
