why are the crunchy moms on instagram so against seed oils that seems like a pretty broad and also kind of arbitrary thing to be against eating
#like the high fructose corn syrup is something i remember from my own childhood with a crunchy mom#and the food dyes aren't something my mom particularly cared about but it seems in keeping with the general belief system#but seed oils is new to me in fact my mom actively uses grape seed and sunflower seed oil#soapbox
