just saw that you reblogged a snippet of Ghost in The Machine. Yes, she does get a little possessive, but she does a little flirting herself, doesn't she? She does the hair behind the ear thing :) oh Scully.

Then, Mulder seems to note when his ex-partner touches Scully's hand to keep her from paying. A tiny bit of "don't touch her" look.

My favorite ahas from this episode are

1. It's Halloween season, or someone just left the pumpkin with candy out all the time and

2. We get to see Scully and Mulder's lunch habits- they get sandwiches or what not and Scully might be the one who pays. Geez, is Mulder really that cheap?

"Is Mulder really that cheap?" XDDDDDD I think it was Scully's day to pay. He brought her the lunches in all things; so it's fair to say they take turns.

I will say, I think Scully was shyly tucking her hair behind her ear. It reminded me of meeting a friend's friend, or a friend's parent: someone who's heard a lot about you, apparently, and already likes you. The Starbuck in her was pleased she had pleased, I think.

The don't touch her look-- you're right! Eeeeeexcellent moment. >:D I do love that Mulder and Scully were possessive of each other from very early on (I'd say since Squeeze: he brazenly admitted it, she dressed down Colton over it. She finally-- admitted it in Tooms.)
