I'm in the mood to ramble in my tags anyway while I have come to almost fully love tristamp now I will just srsly never understand the changes to knives. Like I enjoy tristamp knives on the most surface level thing ever . His design is nice, his aesthetics r nice, I Love how they did his actual yknow .. knives, I enjoy Some of the new stuff, but then if I think Too hard & I start thinking abt trimax knives and get soo irritated abt tristamp knives characterization

#like if we r doing a more manga accurate knives.. why not making him almost fully manga accurate? his character was SO good 😭#his motives his set up his everything #i saw some people say 'well maybe itll be like everyone else and he'll develop more like trimax knives in s2' but i jusr ??? i dont think??#that Works for knives??? at all?? honest 2 god i dont even fully believe it works for vash but def. not for knives #i want 2 have hope for him but i just dont. really. i gen dont see how he could 'develop' more into trimax knives wit the changes hes had #so much of his character is established in the tessla reveal & aftermath which they just fully fckn breezed past .#and the decision to swap his n vash's younger personalities/dynamic around again?? why . god thatll never ever make sense #i hope all of THIS makes sense and doesnt just sound completely n totally nitpicky i just like knives sm now and am sad we will probably ll #literally never get a trimax accurate animated version of him ever lmao 💔💔#LIKE I AM OPEN TO CHANGE #for ex i rlly do like that he cut off vashs arm to SAVE him this time. i think that was so wise n interesting #..
