I mean....he could? I'm not well enough acquainted with the intricacies of izumis character to safely guess that but speaking as someone who only knows him as The Guy That Has A Weird Relationship With Makoto (among other things), my guess is that he's probably not a fan. My wild and uneducated guess is that he's probably not a fan but he also seems the type to put on an "ugh whatever it's your business not mine" attitude. Either that or, guessing that he was part of Träumerei in Diner Live he's just not a fan of the associations with the outfit but he's above that in all other things because knights killers has moved past it's original purpose by now and so it's just kind of whatever. If Leo is happy then it's probably okay.
