the anime's unhingedness is even funnier when you remember that the dub aired on disney xd. this shit was airing on disney-
#puppy rambles#yo-kai watch#i know disney xd is for older kids i'm pretty sure#but the fact it managed to air in america baffles me for so many reasons and this is one of them-#the anime is hilarious but it's also really unhinged i mean have you SEEN the manjimutt segments#and that's WITH the dub's censorship#i love how even with the reanimation of the robonyan scene (you know the one i mean) the intent is still clear#and that's why i hate b3-nk1 he makes me uncomfortable </3 though i also have to admit it's pretty fucking funny#i literally do not remember watching that episode as a kid either. i KNOW it's in season 1 and that's all netflix ever had#but i don't remember watching it as a kid??? i mean i don't really remember the sleepover either#‚‚‚ i may've just blocked those episodes out actually thinking about it i see a correlating factor here-#the sleepover is hilarious though. the first instance of whisper being extremely susceptible to vacuums#which is like a consistent thing it's hilarious to me. i don't know if it's intentional but he gets vacuumed up so many times-#idk why there's so many vacuums thinking about it??? they use vacuum cleaners a lot for some reason-#idk the anime's kind of a drug trip
