I have no proof to support this theory, but I can't help but feel like SoD dream!Sarevok was written by a Sarevok romance mod user.
I really like this scene, because it highlights how Gorion's ward and Sarevok share a bond that's different from other bhaalspawns.
That being said, that dialogue definitely works for a romance.
