I’ve found this spot before, but today in Interesting Terrain where my minecraft world shifts from 1.17 terrain to 1.18/1.19 terrain:

A single chunk of savanna cutting off a forest, with a single acacia tree in the middle of this little, scuffed valley

directly on the other side of the hill in front of me is the rest of the savanna, but it’s always fun finding like a random chunk or two that I seemingly walked close enough to in 1.17 to load everything else around it before the update came out lol

#this is also really close to that first broken dungeon spawner I found #and some other scuffed terrain like a couple inland ocean ruins #some mushrooms that melted in the stair-step terrian blend thing #and that really shallow pool of ''warm ocean'' that spawns tropical fish constantly #it's a really fun area to explore for being so close to spawn lol #lee speaks #minecraft
