i have finished reading labyrinth's heart (last book of rook & rose) and it is 1am and i've been living in this world for the past >week and i need to. process.

it was so good!!!! and so much happened. and. and.

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

#i think. this series is my favorite thing that i've read this year. or def one of my favortie things; maybe i'm forgetting something.#can i just. one of the main characters is aro (!!!) and has so many meaningful relationships that aren't romantic asksdkdjsjdjfjf #and there is so much plot all the time #like imo such a good balance of twists and turns that i wouldn’t have expected BUT ALSO things you CAN guess at if you're paying attention #i need. to digest. and then ideally reread all three books to see what i missed the first time around #and read all the extras and see if there's a fandom anywhere 👀#(just gonna keep adding to the tags here as i think of more things lol ->)#all the themes of family - blood family and found family both aaaaa. SO much found family 🥺🥺🥺#and the multiple different TYPES of relationships - family by blood or register; knots; siblings
