so the first nine seconds could be a title screen, then when the percussion comes in exactly at 0:10 i think the first frame of the actual animatic could start when the percussion comes in!!! then the story starts :]

these two lines would be ranboo standing to the left of the screen, looking across the frame to tubbo on the right side, who’s looking the other way out a window.

while speaking this line, ranboo crosses the room to tubbo. tubbo still hasn’t turned around.

Anything but sitting there emotionless and hollow.

ranboo touches tubbo’s shoulder and tubbo turns around to look at him. his face is neutral (emotionless). ranboo’s is pained but caring.

ranboo breaks eye contact on the word “hell”, looking at the ground. tubbo’s expression turns to one of concern.

they both speak this line in unison, not just ranboo. the two touch foreheads solemnly on the word “shell”.

ranboo pulls away and smiles sadly at tubbo who allows a sad, gentle smile in return. this line is back to being spoken by only ranboo.

just ranboo speaks this line. he means it as a comforting line, that he can carry on when still not doing well, but of course it only serves to concern tubbo, who frowns.

the scene cuts to a flashback: tubbo in the manberg uniform, standing at the podium of the festival.

the scene changes again to show ranboo curled up, leaning against a wall, crying in the panic room.

it cuts back to tubbo and ranboo in the present, safe in snowchester. ranboo stands up and offers a hand to tubbo, who takes it.

they dance, spinning around and pulling each other in to push back out. this continues until the next line

tubbo is shown crying in the exact same position ranboo was the last time this line was sung, only he isn’t in the panic room. faint outlines of fireworks dance above his head as he sobs.

they maneuver to dance together with tentative smiles, standing still in a dancing position, just looking at each other.

tubbo begins to twirl himself around under ranboo’s arm, and ranboo unfreezes, fond smile growing, and begins to dance too.

the dancing continues through the end of the song, interspersed with laughing and smiling and tripping only to laugh. various scenes are shown in between as the two dance until the end of the song; a family portrait with micheal on ranboo’s shoulders, tubbo beside them; the two of them in a sunflower field, tubbo skipping ahead while ranboo watches fondly; them laughing over a board game; etc etc etc. :D
