I have got to stop letting the smallest most inconsequential things derail my day
#mistimed my morning routine because of a schedule change so I skipped breakfast and was ten minutes late to my 45-minute therapy appointmen#and then my friend who said they'd call after dinner never texted me back even though I double-checked and waited for them to call#and now I'm inexplicably scared & panicky even though literally nothing is wrong & I figured out what is setting me off now & changed it#haffirmations voice I am NOT being chased by slow tigers#at least I made good progress on my personal statement
