#tag talk#vent#I've been on the edge of another migraine for the past two days and I'm so fucking tired of feeling like this#I'm tired of having to lie down and breathe heavily after eating literally any food. like.. eating is exhausting.#being borderline incontinent when I'm super stressed is also a thing I'd kind of forgotten about until recently with the meds#used to struggle with that in college so much and now I feel like I'm right back there. struggling to control my own body#and it's wild because I'm incredibly capable. I love extreme heat and hiking and wrestling#but my body is simultaneously extremely abled and at the same time hovering just above multiple disabilities#once again my existence is split between two polar opposite extremes and I have to somehow balance between them
