does anyone know if there's a tool that uninstalls additional programs that come with windows updates because my laptop hasn't been able to run things properly since the last one

#one of the things it installed was copilot and i got that ai bullshit tf out of there like if i wanted it i would have downloaded it #and it's changed older programs too and now they're less usable and makes me download more programs #and it's all to be more 'convenient' and [gnaws on laptop]#i've been hoping to get a gaming pc in the next few months but now i'm worried about the shit that's going to be forced on there #i don't want windows 11 fuck off!
