even after a few months of eating meat again im still recovering from my 4.5 years of vegetarianism.... my body loves to remind me how much it Hates digesting red meat
#white meat has been pretty much fine and ive never had problems w fish#but beef....... my stomach is NOT happy w me rn#im lucky that i have an iron gut and dont rly tend to get food poisoning or pain often but the bloat suuuucks#and it leaves a rly bad taste in my mouth for 6-12 hours after eating bc of whatever gas is released digesting 😷#but its worth it the bolognese i made was SOOOO good. i might freeze the last portion tho i think 3 days of this is too much#it makes trying to get to sleep pretty uncomfortable :-(#i probably need to use leaner cuts and bulk it out w more veg instead so I'm consuming less actual meat per portion hmm.#but it tastes so delicious 😭😭😭😭 we suffer#.diaries
