Anyways since people are starting to get up in arms over other people calling out the racism in the Holby fandom ATM I’m just going to say this:

Look. Not liking the idea of Jac/Kian is not inherently racist. No one is actually accusing you of racism just for disliking Jac/Kian, just like no transphobe actually loses custody of their children over pronouns.

But if you’re reacting to the idea with the utter vehement disgust and anger so many people have, before the relationship’s even started... if you were fine with Fletch/Ange but are freaking out over this... if your whole motive for disliking the ship is “but I want Jac to be with Fletch instead!”... if you think Jac’s mental illness/recent breakdown would make a relationship with Kian unhealthy but somehow not one with Fletch...

Then, guess what, that is racist and you need to 1. cut it out and 2. consider why the idea of Jac being with Kian disgusts you so much in the first place.
