#and if so... you really can't tell a resected penis and scrotum from a vulva? damn girl

I’m a lesbian. I’ve been dating a trans woman for years now. If you passed us while walking on the street; you’d see two women holding hands. I look more butch than she does. She’s been on hormones since childhood; got bottom surgery before I met her. If she didn’t tell me up front, I would never have known she was trans.
I didn’t think I would ever date a trans woman, but I am in love. She has lived the life of a woman for most of her life, and I have only loved her as a woman. Would you deny my lesbianism, despite the fact I’m attracted to the female form and she has a female form?
(This feels like bait but I'll answer anyway...)
Congratulations, you're bisexual. Me too, welcome to the club.
Your mistake is thinking femininity = womanhood and that's kinda sad for you as a woman. You're not less of a woman than anyone else because you're not feminine. Your partner is not a woman because he's feminine. He has not lived the life of a woman because he isn't a woman, he has lived the life of a feminine man. And that's just fine, it's great that you are happy together and expressing yourselves the way you want to. But to be a woman, you must be female. That's literally it. It's so, so simple.
#also I hate to be like this but like. did you ever sleep with a woman before him?#and if so... you really can't tell a resected penis and scrotum from a vulva? damn girl#ask
