why is it that suddenly everyone is following and reblogging art repost accounts?? it's everywhere! i have to block so many reposters cause they just keep showing up on my dash 😩

those stupidass fake legit looking ones formatted like a gallery caption are especially heinous to me cause i know they're using that format to avoid linking to the original creator even when copy pasting title and materials directly from a specific instagram post 🫠 hate those motherfuckers

linking back is the Bare Minimum but god forbid

#like. people who i would not normally expect to reblog reposts #and of course on the very rare occasion there's a link back it still never links to the image post itself #only to the entire account thus making it more difficult to share the original work on the original platform #nadia rambles #i'm not talking about kids who don't know better i'm talking about accounts that make it their whole thing to do this #and i don't mean fuckin paintings from 50 years ago #shit from the 2010s or 2020s but it's so ~nicely formatted~ and has a year and name #and also 50k notes with no link to the artist's actual social media
