as the end of year approaches and the "reblog this picture of cheese to make a good thing happen" posts start circulating again can i just ask if we can PLEASE start tagging luck posts with something that can be easily filtered for those of us who need to avoid that sort of thing? idk what with. 'luck post' would probably do. i've already got 'reblog to cast' and something from the one about the 'magic' potato filtered here but there's still quite a lot of them slipping through that fairly useless net.

#i specifically waited until i'd seen a few on my dash before posting so nobody would take this post personally #because it's fine for most people anyway isn't it? most people don't have any trouble with those sorts of posts.#i can see why people might like them!#but they set off my OCD and the effort of talking myself out of worrying about them can drain a few of the day's mental spoons.#and i don't even find these especially bothersome compared to other things so some folk must be having worse trouble with them.#tl;dr - pls give me a way to avoid these things more effectively while scrolling tumblr dot com thanks in advance.
