#havent switched this paper to times new roman yet and havent set it as my default for my gdocs here either.#and honestly im quite enjoying it...perhaps it's just a matter of Thank God It Isn't Times New Roman#i think i might have to go back to a sans serif as my default google docs font#it's been nearly 2 years since i switched it to a serif one on my personal acct (first 12-pt 1.5 spaced lora now 12-pt 1.15 spaced alegreya#but im missing the simple readable lines of sans serif. i have to say. even if it is usually uglier.#(times new roman -- the ugliest serif font in the world -- is an outlier and should not be counted)#talkin#if you hadnt picked up on it before then by now you surely know im a number 1 professional times new roman hater#and DONT try to fight me with the 'it's just so readable!!'#there are so many more fonts in the world than tnr arial calibri comic sans and silly display fonts#whyyy couldnt georgia be the standard for papers. i dont like garamond as much as i used to but it's still better than tnr#and once you get into the More Fonts section of google docs...then it will all be over#im fell french canon is my current fav for body text
