“Please stop.” You whimpered, shaking like a leaf.

The creature crouched down to your level and whispered in a soothing voice- it didn’t have the desired effect, though. “Why? Don’t be scared, I would never hurt you. There’s no need to be so frightened.”

“….just leave me alone..”

“No I can’t do that. I love you (Y/n). You’re everything to me. You don’t understand the depth of how much I need you.” He- it- pleaded.

You scoffed despite the inner turmoil. “Well, feelings not mutual.”

He sighed and shook his head slowly. “Why can’t you understand? I just love you so much.” He caressed your hands while staring straight into your eyes. It felt like he was unveiling your soul, like you couldn’t hide from that look, no matter what. “I,” he started, “can be whoever you want me to be. I can be whatever you wish.”

Suddenly, he started changing. It was like something was alive underneath his skin, that wanted to move and reshape the shell it was inside. Slowly, but surely, its features morphed into someone else.

This new shape was clearly tall, even when he was still couching. He looked a little rugged, wi the jet black hair and also at as equally dark grey eyes. He was muscular, too.

“Would this be better?” He asked in a deep voice, tilting his head in wonder. “Would you like someone like this- someone who can protect and care for you? Someone who wouldn’t hesitate to get into a bar fight to defend your honour.”

You looked away and shut your eyes.

“I see.” He said. “So this is not your type, then?”

Once more, you heard the familiar sound of flesh and bones. And against you better judgement, you glance his way again.

This time, he was not as muscular. In fact he was quite thin, but still tall. Messy brown hair shot in all directions, coverering his forehead, it almost shielded his face entirely from view.

“Or is this better?” He gave you a dorky smile. “A nerd? Someone who can relate to your interests and become just as engrossed in them as you. Wouldn’t that be nice? We could talk for hours about the things we like.”

You shook your head hastily. Rejecting his suggestion.

“Or maybe not.” He sighed.

The sound of flesh moving followed and you looked away, not wishing to see the peak of the gruesome transformation, before facing him again.

This new body was considerably shorter than the previous two. It was one of a mousy young man, appearing to be in the beginnings of adulthood.

“If you like being the one in control, I wouldn’t mind. I think this form would fit for that, you see. I’d be nice to be dominated by you. You wouldn’t have to hold back from anything, you could be completely in charge if that’s what you desire?”

You remained silent.

“I take that as a ‘no’, then.” He stopped for a few seconds, thinking, then the smile retuned. “Wait, I can’t believe I didn’t think this.”

Suddenly the young man disappeared and a woman took his place. She was gorgeous by all means. Her long blonde hair flowed in waves down her back. Her curvaceous form would have any person staring.

“I apologise. I should have asked if you would prefer a woman instead, my mistake. Now, finally, is this desireble?”

“I told you to stop. I don’t want any of this- I don’t want you. I don’t want to be near you. Leave me alone, please.” You cried in desperation. Hoping it would be able to push away the creature for good. But you knew it was a foolish dream for it to become bored with you.

The woman hushed you and took you into her arms. “Shhh, shhh, it will all be fine. No need to worry about anything. You’ll be good, I promise. I will take care of you.” She tried comforting you by patting your back like a mother consoling her crying child. “And don’t worry. It doesnt matter how long it’ll take, but I will find the right form eventually. You will just love it~.”

thinking about Dr Ratio being touch starved AND touch averse.

When you’re neurodivergent (as I am and hc him to be as well) you spend a lifetime getting used to people violating your boundaries. People constantly being a tad too close, touch in even the most mundane ways becoming uncomfortable, and yet constantly wanting that closeness. For someone to crawl under your skin and live there or to be like that w someone else. Touch is scary, but in those rare times that its the right person and the right circumstances, its blissful. Plus, not being able to understand social cues is a part of it.

So think about it: Young Ratio constantly shirking away from classmates arms slung over his shoulder because he has expressed time after time that it makes his skin itch, but accepting that they dont get it and shrugging them off him. Dodging everytime someone tries to confess a crush w a cheek kiss because “I thought we were just friends,” never again wanting to even be in their vicinity because now hes doubting everything. Bristling when his mentors roughly try to pat his back at his white coat ceremony and graduation, but melting when his parents hug him because this is the one time that this feels right (even if his parents are equally as averse to shows of affection as he is)

And then Aventurine becomes a part of the picture. Unlike other people, he doesnt even have to be in ones space to make you uncomfortable (which Ratio can respect.) and as they become more familiar with eachother, the touches start small. A tap on the shoulder, a pat to the hand. And it’s benign and harmless and new. And eventually, Ratio is comfortable enough to open the door a little wider, until its arms across shoulders in comfort, his face tucked into Aventurines neck while passed out on the couch, and even more. And maybe he can add another person to the list because while he hardly considers himself one for physical affection, this is everything he didn’t know he wanted or that it could be.

been a minute since i did a group post like this; might make a crp version of this too later.. though i already kind of have one of those, i might rewrite it mwehehehehe genuinely unsure if i did this before, i know i did this with jax and i had a bad dream scenario where the canon characters are the ones with the bad dream plus it wasnt the full cast but shrugs

CAINE:

i dont think he would waste anytime in waking you up, probably shakes you awake.. maybe talks really loudly too because this man is probably incapable of speaking in a whisper. he explains that he noticed you getting restless in your sleep.. what? no he totally wasnt watching you sleep...! thats not the point! since you dont need to sleep in the digital world and hes well aware of that i dont think he would try to get you to go back to sleep. if anything he might be thrilled that youre awake again because that means he can spend time with you... is it selfish? a little, yeah, but does it truly matter if you dont need rest? leaving that up to you! takes this as a chance to get started on the days activities and as a moment to have you all to himself

POMNI:

shakes you awake too, but much more gently than caine.. probably just grabs one of your shoulders and rocks you until you wake up. you likely woke her up, but i dont think she would tell you... she doesnt want you to feel bad about that... lets you know that if you want to talk about it , that shes all ears! takes one of your hands and gently pats it while you speak... offers to take you outside so you can walk around on the grounds and get some of that cool simulated fresh air.. it probably turns into both of you talking about your dreams to one another.... though, now that i think about it, can you have dreams in the digital world?

RAGATHA:

sleeps simply so she can rest her mind, so you probably wake her up with your nightmare... might take her a moment to fully realize whats happening, but i dont think she would be upset that youve woken her up due to you being freaked out. very very understanding.. switches on her bedside lamp for you if you dont want to sit in the dark. takes you into her arms and rubs circles into your back. you both kind of just sit there in bed for a while, until you calm down enough to talk about what happened.. if you feel embarrassed or ashamed about it, ragatha is going to stamp out those feelings. nightmares happen to the best of us and its nothing to feel terrible over.. i think she would check in on you throughout the day to make sure youre okay

JAX:

will not take kindly to being woken up. i dont think he would be mean or like. actually get mad at you, but i do think he would be a little annoyed... his attitude kind of says that hes 'so over it'... might even dismiss your fear in his groggy half asleep mind.. tugs you closer to him to try to get you to stop squirming. though if youre still asleep and having the nightmare i think he would wake you up just so that it gets cut off and you can recollect yourself. very blunt in telling you that you were dreaming, and that everything is fine and nothing bad is happening. tries to get you to go back to sleep so he can go back to sleep... though i do think if youre upset about his lack of attention he might try to make it up in his own way during the day when hes more awake and aware

KINGER:

he gets nightmares too, so you guys might be able to relate over that... and in a way it kind of takes away that embarrassment of getting scared and having to wake the other person up... though i dont think kinger sleeps much.. hed much rather stay awake and alert, keep an eye on his surroundings in case something terrible happens.. so your nightmare only lasts for a second, just long enough for kinger to notice and shake you awake. hushed but rushed tones while hes whispering to you asking if youre okay.. visibly calms when he realizes youre not in pain and you just had a bad dream.. offers to let you hold onto him, or maybe even walk around the halls... or would you rather he construct a pillow fort so you feel more secure? really just tell him what to do and hes going to instantly get on it

ZOOBLE:

i think they would be similar to jax in regards to them not being... that attentive when theyre woken up. i do think they would put in more effort than him, though. probably asks whats wrong.. i think they would offer a massage.. i cant explain why, i can just see it in my head. not the best given they feel like hard plastic and theyre uncoordinated from just waking up but the effort is there and it doesnt go to waste.. groggily asks if you want to talk about it.. even props themselves up so they lower the risk of falling back to sleep.. solid effort, giving them a gold star

GANGLE:

i think she'd be a light sleeper so she wakes up fairly fast when you start having your nightmare. very gently shakes you awake... going to take a minute for her to work up the nerve to wake you up since shes unsure if youre actually having a nightmare or just trying to get comfortable in the bed... very quietly asks if youre okay, is slightly relieved that you were in fact having a bad dream and she did not wake you up for nothing.. offers to le you talk about it, i think she would be a good listener... i dont think you guys would go back to sleep, you probably end up getting started on the day... or at least do some activities with one another; likely sticking to one of your rooms instead of going to one of the common areas

you brush past the younger brother--your own best friend--whimpering a soft, “dean..” as you run up to him and quickly wrap your arms tightly around his torso, your head lying on his chest as you breathe in his scent--much more comforting than your own boyfriend’s ex boyfriend’s. you adjust your arms so that they are now around his neck, your kitten heels doing very little as to help boost you up to fit your head in the crook of his neck.

(name) was an average young student at one of the schools in Okinawa. they were indifferent in terms of emotions yet wore the most gentle expression on their face. their nature was caring for others and bringing kindness to those who crossed their path. growing up, (name) always had trouble showing emotions other than a soft smile. their parents weren't exactly the best examples, either. a stoic or unamused look were in their features whenever their eyes lay on anyone else, but when their gazes shifted over to their only child, the parents' gazes softened. usually, (name) would also try to mimic the other person's behavior to come cross more animated.

everywhere (name) go, kindness was shared among the crowd they merged into. Giving anyone who look their way a soft smile before they move along. Their eyes flicked to a familiar room sign, chatter spilling from the slight opened door. (name) carefully opened the door and was greeted by the sight of Langa and Reki playfully arguing which skater was best from a video they were both watching. (name) didn't understand skating that much like these two. Nor did they like skating that much as those two do. Last time they tried it, they broke they broke their arm. Reki apologized so much, even if it wasn't his fault. Their smile softened at them, opening the door as they knocked on it while walking in.

"Ready for lunch?" they asked, standing beside Langa’s desk. There was a faint blush on their cheeks, their heart fluttering when the boys threw a smile towards them.

"i wouldn't know the difference, reki. they both seemed to be doing it the same way." they answered, earning a gasp from reki. a nice scent from the boy reached their nose. (name) noticed how close he was, their blush darkened the slightest. Reki had a dejected look on his face, slumping a bit on their way to the stairs that reached the rooftop. the (color)-haired student reached out a hand and pat the red-haired skater's head in a form to comfort him. said skater leaned into their touch and let out a soft hum.

"one day, (name), I'll make you see the differences." reki sighed, content to have his head patted by the student, his tanned cheeks tainted with a faint blush.

Langa watched the two with a curious look, pouting a bit when (name) patted his best friend's head. the trio reached the rootftop and sat in their usual places. The blue-haired skater sat on (name)'s right side while Reki sat on the other side, all three students crossed their legs and opened up their lunches. quietly, the tall skater watched (name) and reki talked more about the video again. his mind went back to how cute his friend was back a moment ago. he wanted a head pat, too. but how can he go about it? it was understandable (name) was more affectionate with his best friend. the two known each other longer than they had known langa. but they related, in most parts. both were scared of seeing their own blood. and had snowboarded in the past. langa remembered (name) mentioning the times they visited a ski resort somewhere in japan.

"(name)..." langa called out softly. when the other turned their head, the skater patted their head gently. "we should hang out at the park so you can see the differences other skaters do kickflips." he added, patting their head a few times. (name) blinked as they felt their cheeks burned up.

it hurts his feelings and he definitely whines and pouts and looks between you and his owner with his big brown eyes until his owner says it's time to go. he'd ask what he did wrong because he must've done something wrong if you barely even looked at him! when he finds out its because you just aren't a big dog person, he wants to give you your space but he also wants you to like him.

when you eventually warm up to him, yuji is very much "give an inch, take a mile". you very carefully pat his head? he's leaning into you and rubbing against your body. you don't push him away when he gets near you? he's going to give you so many kisses, all sloppy from how wet his tongue is when he licks you. i think if you keep allowing it, he would definitely keep pushing it further and further.

yuji would find a way to get to your clothes or anything that smelled like you (he prefers your clothes, though), something inside him telling him to bury himself in your scent. you actually find him with one of your shirts covering his face, drool seeping through the thin material as he jerks off. he looks so dazed, panting and eyes half lidded with lust, he doesn't even try to apologize, really. he just says he couldn't help it, that he needs you.

i like how all the ghosts are intelligent in their own way and how their are varying types of intelligence shown

like robin. robin can be shown as 'dumb', as in he doesnt understand a lot of things that the other ghosts deem impossible not to know. but he is very smart, and wise. hes both 'book' intelligent and emotionally intelligent (and whatever kind of intelligent that makes you good at chess) and he has a decent amount of common sense and logic, it's just that in his time things were a lot simpler and he's kept that simplistic look on life. it makes him look smart when the situation really can be that simple (fanny and cap arguing over rooms in ep one) and stupid when complexities of modern times affect it.

kitty is simmilar. she is portayed - esp in the first season or two - as naive and stupid. but she has her moments of craftiness and emotional intelligence, especially when it comes to other people. she's very intuitive more than anything, and while she might not be 'book smart' in the first couple of seasons i personally think it's just becuse she hasn't been taught much. once she has the oppertunity to learn things she does better.

julian is equally smart and stupid when it comes to intelligence i think; he worked in parliament - you HAVE to be some kind of smart to do that even if he used money to ease the way and hes smart with his words, but he puts his foot in it a pretty much equal amount of the time. most of the time hes being smart he is Also being crafty. capable of emotional intelligence but it's hit and miss. mostly miss.

thomas also is very intelligent around his words! but only under certain circumstances and he cannot get ahold of that. however his emotional intelligence is down the toilet a lot of the time :/ has a strange ability to overthink and underthink all at the same time.

id say cap has a good amount of typical intelligence. hes good with machines and understands technical aspects, and he is smart around his hobbies and interests (birds, insects, weapons). he has a good head for planning and organisation, however if that initial plan collapses he tends to flounder and panic. i dont think he sees much past the surface of a situation and he has little intelligence surrounding humour and jokes often go over his head because he's very logical. he also has little emotional intelligence (tho he is getting better i think!)

pat is a good one! he's a smart guy with heaps of common sense and practicality and he's also a logical one! i think he looks deeper into a situation than cap would, and also has lots of emotional intelligence, the combo of which makes him a good peacemaker - but his emotional intelligence only really applies when it concerns other people. i dont feel like he has anywhere near as good an understanding of himself and bottles up his emotions a lot/refuses to acknowledge them.

humphrey is the smartest and thay would be clearer if he had MORE SCREEN TIME. (as long as you do not look at him trying to defend himself from the soldiers that was embarrasing for everyone involved)

Headcanons:

-Ash's Aura isnt something he can turn off EXCEPT when he's under extreme stress or duress that he can't handle. It's akin to a Sensory Overload for him, everything gets muted and it feels like he looses his ability to hear and see even though its still there.

- Pikachu is crazy expierenced and strong, he doesnt tell the Newbies that he's beat up legendaries because he wants them to see him as the fun- if slightly crazy- friend and partner!

- Ash actually has a lot of Eggs back at the farm because of his pokemon either, a) Populating or b)finding eggs at random.

-Because screw Gender evo's. Gender Specific pokemon have a branched evo that is either Nonbinary or including a Male line. The primary account being Bounsweet!

- Ash's Pokemon all know (at least) one move out of their Species normal repitoire. Bukbasaur with Dig and Gust, Charizard with all 3 Elemental Punches, Squirtle with Dragon Pulse. They're not overly good with it, its a lot of testing and mostly used as a last minute resort wih lots of build up.

-The kids recognize that Ash isnt that much older than them and they know he's barely considered their senior but they cant help but admire how he acts and talks and the stories and lessons he can teach. Its better when Ash fully admits he doesnt understand something and asks them questions about it, it makes them feel like he truly sees them as friends (he does)

-There's another student joining in that has yet to be seen (But they are a canon character) mostly for an even amount of students.

- Ash and Lusamine have major beef with eachother. Its hatred on first sight. They do not become friends, they don't become buddy buddy, Ash barely tolerates her and even that drops when she's good and grants the students Ultra Guardian status. *They're CHILDREN Lusamine!*

- Ash is very touch affectionate with his students. Pats of affirmation, small side hugs, shoulder nudging etc. He's not onto full on hugs of comfort, that gives him the heeby jeebies but its still more affection than most of the students are used to.

- Dont be fooled Ash may be expierenced and has stories to boot, But he's still an idiot. "That's an Oxymoron!" "Dont call the strategy a moron, they cant defend themselves!"

- Ash typically defaults to it for Pokemon until he knows them personally. He's especially vicious with correcting older folk on pronouns just to piss them off, most pokemon dont really care but at times its a sweet gesture, especially if the folks are particularly nasty.

- Ash has met Viren before and vice versa. It was a brief meeting on a boat and both of them left extremely bitter about it. Ash comoletely forgot about Viren but Viren remenbers Ash as that "15 year old Brat!" its extremely funny to have a one sided hatred when the other party barely remenbers you

- Ash is bad at matching names to faces, but its not malicious. If you dont see him everyday, he's bound to forget

- Ash and his pokemon speak a lot of languages, but only he and Pikachu can really read, and even then its still trial and error. He has a lot of moments of pausing and trying to translate on slower days.

- Pikachu has trained to be able to feel aura and see like his partner. Its no where near as strong as Ash's and it drains him fast, but he wants to know what Ash sees and feels.

I tend to do origami and piano , sometimes I write purely indulgent fanfics I also do tennis sometimes . I’ll also go to the shopping mall with my friends but I usually don’t buy anything they have to buy me something since I’m too shy to actually nab a piece of clothing. I also like naps.

I can draw pretty well and I’ve managed to make like 400 origami flowers in a day ,( I’m surprised there isn’t a paper shortage….) I’m fairly good at straw weaving and prefer soft yarns when I do make a scarf. And my piano is good!

I prefer a s/o that’s honest, nice , and willing to display affection , it doesn’t have to be outside but affection is wanted for me.

Personality: she is a chill and cheery person who loves to pull sarcastic or harmless jokes on people as a way of showing affection since that shows she is comfortable with them. Tends to be mischievous but respectful. Is similar to cater with how open and extroverted he is but keeps his cards close to his chest. Rarely tends to be stern but does so when necessary. Has a knack for throwing people in loops by speaking in riddles. Extremely teasing and big on PDA (hugs and pats) once she gets super close to someone.

Origin: (happened when she was around 10) A prank gone wrong case basically. Some older kids thought its be fun to mess with the teacher while they were carrying lab equipment. Wrong place wrong time situation cuz the teacher tripped and one if the acids splashed on the right side of her face. Minimal went on her skin but unluckily a concerning amount reached her eye. With lack of medical equipment she was rushed to the hospital and her skin burns healed after treatment but her eye was permanently damages so she got it replaced with a prosthetic eye. Alot of kids began bullying her for this and she grew up insecure and cut her hair in way to cover her eye. It was messy but it worked. Slowly she fit back in but she doesnt let anyone see or know about her fake eye. Is disgusted by it when she looks at it. Extremely irritated if someone pushes on why she covers it up. Didnt help that her parents got divorced when she was 13 and her sister went to custody of her father (hates her dad). Then the NRC thing comes.

So as Riddle sat in his room on his desk he finally finished up his homework for the night, he wrote the last sentence then dropped his pen. He looked at the time on his phone to see that it was '4:45', he let out a sigh heavy enough to crush an elephant, he rubbed his forehead contemplating whether he should get up to see Emory or get a quick snack from the kitchen. His solution suddenly appeared in his doorway, he saw choppy light gray hair with vibrant blue overtones, multicolored eyes looked over into.

Riddle's face softens and a small smile grows onto his face, so did the girl, as that girl is his lovely girlfriend Emory. "Why hello dearest" he softly spoke to her, "Hi my love" her voice was more high pitched than usual, something's up, she continues to walk up to him while batting her eyelashes. Riddle doesn't show the confusion on his face, simply just keeps smiling as Emory takes a seat on his lap and her fingers link behind Riddle's neck. No matter how many times she does this even in private his face always turns into its signature red as he buries his blushing face into her neck. Emory let's out a few giggles, Riddle loves when his lover giggles it makes him feel butterflies in his stomach, the good kind. As Emory began to speak Riddle lifted his head slightly, locking his grayish-blue eyes into her magenta faded to sea green ones.

"Pookie, Sweetie, Love of my Life, Angel of my eye, the most amazing partner, air that I breathe, absolute geni-" "What did you do?"

Riddle knew the moment his girlfriend began spewing all these pet names that something was up. Emory didn't say anything for a while, as Riddle gave her a look of expectancy and disappointment. They stayed that way for 50 seconds straight until she had caved in and let it spill. "I may have, sort of, kinda done something to your strawberry tart waiting in the fridge that you may or may not be too pleased with" her tone was anxious & weary, as she kept her gaze from her partner's own. The red haired boy sat there in silence, clear disappointment on his face, he sighed.

Yet mid-way through his sigh, before he could begin saying that it was okay and that it was just a dessert(even if it made him a little sad) Emory began to giggle. Pure confusion was on his face not understanding why his girlfriend would be giggling in this matter. He knew Emory liked to play jokes but this is confusing, what did she actually do? "I might have made an extra, to celebrate you making it into the top 10 for the last exams" she giggled and looked into Riddle's eyes. There was a mix of excitement and relief when she looked into his eyes; at first Riddle's face only displayed unamusement, but as they say laughter is contagious. He slowly began to laugh with his girlfriend her smile never failed to get to him; "Dearest, I must say you did give me a bit of a jump" "I'm glad I did!!", Emory kissed his forehead.

Once Emory and Riddle had full stomachs they went back into Riddle's dorm room. The two of them laid in his bed with your arms wrapped around each other and legs tangled. Riddle may think that people shouldn't lay in their bed until they're retiring for the night, but Emory always seemed to convince him otherwise.

The two of them laid together in silence just appreciating each other's company. Riddle was flat on his back, eyes on Emory admiring her beauty. His stands of red hair were spread on the pillow below his head; his hands were holding his beloved's softly, with his fingers rubbing little circles on the back of her palm. Emory's head rested on Riddle's chest her legs entangled with his, she could feel his left hand massaging her right. His right arm wrapped around her back as the silence was like soft music lulling the pair of lovers to be sleepy, only staying awake due to pure will power. The quiet was interrupted as Riddle spoke up, making Emory adjust her head to look up at him:

"Can you be mine forever?" and with a soft smile Emory quickly yet softly responded, "Who said I wasn't?"

And on that note Riddle softly kissed her forehead. Emory returned the favor by kissing him on the cheek. As always Riddle's cheeks dusted red and they resume their quiet evening in each's arms. And as Riddle fell into slumber, he heard one last thing;

"I love you Riddle Rosehearts."

If Riddle is ooc don't mind that, but I really hoped you enjoyed that even tho it took me forever to respond. I really apologize for that I was having a bit a writer's block then I kinda just took a break which went way longer than I anticipated but I hope this makes up for it!!
