#I have a 'rain pact' with my youngest dog jessie#where no matter what the weather is; i'll stand in it with her if she has to go out at night#when she was younger she was scared of bullfrogs in the distance and didn't like going out at night#and so it kind of evolved over the years into whatever the weather is#if i expect her to be in it; i shall be in it too#and frankly it makes her go potty faster like 'GOTTA GET THE HUMAN OUT OF THE RAIN'#but it's absolutely torrential right now so i still came in utterly soaked#and my first thought was 'if i were in a drama i would be hospitalized by dawn'
