it could be really fun actually for lleyth to have had "signs" growing up alluding to their later Mage Reveal
#💾#is it necessarily canon compliant? no. but i would get off on it and that's all that matters to me#like idk idk them showing signs of being a dreamer by growing up with frequent bizarre night terrors & sleep related issues#and everyone thinking they're just quirky and viago getting them different tea blends to help#not realizing said tea blends also lowkey suppress magic or something and thats why they seemed to help#plus lleyth always feeling most at home & focused during a thunderstorm indicating the primal connection there#and maybe even having drawn the attention of spirits as a child and not remembering#also a general Sense for like. things about to happen or a physical sensitivity to fluctuations in the veil#and it's just funny bc they would blame solas for all of this and solas would be like nah thats YOUR problem lol#'i was normal before solas gave me the magic virus' 'thats not how magic works rook'#it's also just funny to me bc lleyth was very wary of mages due to Things they've seen on contracts#they always found them unpredictable and more of a hassle to deal with. and also dramatic and badly dressed#because you wouldn't catch them dead in a fugly set of gaudy drapes... oh no. god forbid#so them becoming what they once feared is kind of like a form of karma. get their ass#anyway. thats enough out of me tonight#if i make another lame oc post you guys have permission to shoot me#i just unfortunately dont have anyone to bounce thoughts off of so you guys must bare witness to my insane posts instead#i have been put up for adoption like a neglected shelter dog
