#i work the next three days#which like#doesn't seem like a big deal to a lot of ppl#but it's so labor intensive and these are 8hr+~ shifts so it's going to hurt#like really hurt lmao#my fibromyalgia kicks my butt on a regular normal day#and more when i dont sleep right#so im just definitely not looking forward to it aha#like ok#i dont mind working these days in a row so i can have the rest of the week off until the weekend again#but it hurts so much every night and then in takes me like 2-3 days to recover from such intense days#one of them is a morning shift at least but i wish it was on the second to last or last day :') and that it wasn't the one over 8hrs#mondays are a given and i always work them but they're also so chaotic and busy and depending who I work with i got it down#so I'm dreading tomorrow bc its my longest shift#and dreading sunday bc they're worse than Mondays esp during closing#auugh sorry for the long ramble i just have to get this outtt#I've been finding ways to manage my pain a bit while unmedicated and I've been slowly getting myself to workout and stretch everyday to see#if it helps but it's only been a couple of weeks so far so who knows...
