Now I'm thinking about Recipes and my hot take is that we as a generation are really sleeping on casseroles
#by 'we' I mean millennials and gen z#call me what you must (white) but casseroles are 1. low effort 2. make amazing leftovers and 3. yummy#my fav casseroles are:#green glop (christian name: chicken and wild rice casserole)#breakfast casserole (tater tots and eggs and sausage and cheese)#and chicken broccoli casserole (made entirely in a microwave. yeah even cooking the chicken. don't worry about it)
