The whole thing about the r-slur is so bizarre

It's like the one slur that even the people who this slur is targeted to can't ever reclaim it, yet it's also treated so unseriously compared to other slurs targetting minorites people throw it without any spite, especially on the internet and twitter specifically.

#and by that I mean it's a really good exemple on how mentally disability and disorder is just scene when it comes to being a minority #mentally ill people being broad of a minority group to be like treated equally for the diroders #and yet we're still not being considered opressed enough compared to others as tho we deserved what we got unlike the rest?#if this sound like I'm being petty over not claiming a slur I am not #tho I have said some nasty stuff out of rage during fights with my pos abusive brother #since he kept using ableist slurs on me knowing I'm disabled so I used them bqck to fight back #It only made me feel shittier afterwards #the only reason I'm using this exemple this is cause #it's kind of wild how literally people can't decide wether mental health should be considered serious or not
